Backstory: In the city of Brookhaven, there was a strong group of people who wanted their own city. They were called Starians. For years, Starians have been hungry for independence. But every year they asked Brookhaven, they got declined. In 1995, for a week the Starians had fought a battle against Brookhaven, but they lost badly. Many Starians were killed. Again in 2008, the Starians had another week long battle against Brookhaven, and lost again. But this didn’t stop them. Over the years, they built their own tanks and even got many advanced guns. They were even importing many weapons from other cities supporting their independence. All the while, Brookhaven did not know this. Brookhaven still controlled the areas of the Starians, but not forever. In December 2022, the Starians gathered 1000 troops and marched into brookhaven, fighting for independence. Houses, the school, shopping malls, and even restaurants were all being destroyed by the Starians. They were firing shots here and there, and launching missiles from their tanks. The Brookhaven revolution began. Brookhaven tried responding, but were a bit late. They were able to push the Starians back by gathering more solders. But after this, the Starians launched a surprise attack from the west on December 29th. This cause the other Starian soldiers to push back and cause more and more chaos. After a long war that lasted from December 22nd, to January 16th, brookhaven surrendered. They had lost horribly to the Starians. 1,300 Brookhaven troops were killed. This left them with less than 100. Only 85 Starian troops were killed. Many brookhaven citizens were dead. This caused Brookhaven to give independence to the Republic of Starburg. The Republic Of Starburg continues to be a new nation today, with them taking half of Brookhaven in their territory.
