Fittest person I know is a Navy Seal who looks completely normal with clothes on and doesn’t like to swim but is still good at it😂 Even his friends say he was the fittest guy and the youngest guy and they all look like super fit NFL players trying to get on duck dynasty with their hair and beards. And the guy I’m talking about said he pretended to be average in training so not to put a target. Even said one time he pretended to struggle during pullups multiple times and pretended to pass out after finishing a run. I met him at a 5k, he ran with in clothes and hair looking like ace Ventura Hawaiian shirt, boots and cargo shorts with a big thing of Tobacco in his lip and ran a 15 minute 5k. I thought he cheated. But he was so nice, he thought I was Indian but I said half south indian half Iraqi. I can tell he had been to Iraq because he spoke near fluent arabic but spoke Iraqi terms that only north Iraqis know with Assyrian/Kurdish dialect. 🙂‍↔️ My man. Also, he drink a bunch of beers before this bars 5k too.

simple long distance walking with a backpack is really all you need for baseline strength and stamina. Even after just a few months of this i've noticed my back muscles becoming more defined, my legs getting stronger, and i've started to stretch out and fix a muscle imbalance in my right knee, all with the help of simple walking every single day. The simplest things are the most important and unavoidable.

The problem is that you add one more blood liter every 10kg.... if you're fit, every kg is just dynamite. Steak is a big no no for your CARDIO ! When you have a x1.5 stress on your heart from the start you add 38kg of gear and just can't keep the cardio pneumo thorax pace with someone who's just fit. Jesus loves you❤️ and He wants you to have eternal life,do you want to be saved? Here's how to be saved: 1.The bad news:we are sinners and because of our sin we are separated from God and deserve punishment in hell because of our sins We are sinners in need of a Savior (Romans 3:23 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”) 2.The good news:Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins,He was buried & rose from the dead to give you eternal life through Him.Jesus took away our punishment for sin and bridged the gap between humans and God.Jesus is the only way, truth and life no one goes to the Father except through Him. Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[a] Christ Jesus our Lord.” 1 corinthians 15:3-4For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, 3.How can you be saved? You are saved by the grace of God through faith alone in Jesus and not of your own (good) works, acts 16:31Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved. Cast yourself upon Him. Trust in His blood that He shed on the cross for your forgiveness of sins and His resurrection which has the power to remove your sins and to replace them with the perfect righteousness of Christ. John 3:16:God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Romans 10:9: “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:10 “For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” Romans 10:13 “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lords will be saved Put your faith and trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior and *repent* of your sins(no longer living for yourself or what the flesh desires or for worldly things but now live for Christ through the Holy Spirit)

I'm a Marine Infantry Veteran. I entered the Marine Corps weighing a solid 200 pounds of muscle. Throughout my time in the Corps I weighed on average, 175 to 180 pounds of lean muscle. When I show outriders a picture of my platoon, I often hear, "Those little guys were infantry Marines? I thought they'd be bigger." Many Marines with the bodybuilder physique were not infantry but in an administrative job. I remember seeing large, football player looking guys dropping out of boot camp because they couldn't handle the PT. I'm not saying there weren't/aren't any infantry Marines that are yoked, but it's typically not the case. Anyways, Semper Fi everyone.

My dad, former DI in the Army, trained me for a bit over HS. Hed strap a 50lbs bag on my back and make me sprint till i puked and after I puked, I'd run some more. Did that for about 2 years. My body, tho i dont train, would be combat ready in less than 6 weeks. Mostly just time to let it readjust to higher physical activity than i do now. I regularly chuck 4 feed bags (2 each shoulder) like there nothing now. He was building my old man strength all the way back then. Love you dad :D

Dudes in these units are no-quitting types who despite not looking like Arnold did in the 80s are literally of the best trained and most effective and creative warfighters in the world, they are almost never built for max exertion over short spans, they're built for necessary exertion over extended periods in harsh environments. @@TheJamtarts1 Indeed! Two legs are better for distance running. Humans run mostly from the waist down make us more efficient for distance running. Four legs are better for speed. Horse, dogs, cat and others use their hind legs to push forward and their back muscles to spring forward and land on their front legs thus using their whole bodies to run which takes a lot of energy. Most healthy humans could run a 26.2-mile marathon (or farther) if they had the time and desire to train. Training to run the first two miles is the most difficult. Distance increases rapidly after learning to run the first two miles. Most humans give up before reaching that 2-mile training plateau.

@@MAMYAbdelghani Bro, your comment is oversimplified. It's not just about weight; muscle mass, cardiovascular health, and biomechanics also matter. Women being lighter is irrelevant, as men generally have more muscle mass, leading to faster running speeds. Humans are actually well-adapted for endurance running. Comparing us to animals like kangaroos and tigers, with different physiological adaptations, isn't even relevant we're so different from them.
