Since I beat the entire game now I just screw with them, and now the only time I get busted is if I screw up and get cornered 🤣🤣

In early game, the panic that set in when I was getting chased by the cops at even Heat 3 was absolutely drowning and choking; but as I got later into the game (Rep Level 45+) I finally realised how easy the cops actually were to escape and was actually disappointed. I got busted by Heat 3 cops a ton but I never got busted ever by Heat 4 and 5 cops...weird. I wish the cops at higher heat were more difficult.

I kind of dislike the health system in NFS: Heat since it makes pursuits unfun and makes them only go on for so long, but in games like NFS: Most Wanted (2005) the pursuit can go on until one or the other screws up

Also, don't get cocky or greedy. Know your car's limits and know when it's time to call it a night.

I'll admit. My first nights were awful and I was getting busted left and right. Coming from other NFS games where you could literally wage war with the cops (mainly Rivals). It felt like my car couldn't take a hit in comparison, or you could usually outrun or outmaneuver them in city streets. You bring up knowing the map as a huge point, but that's the thing with beginner players they don't know the map. I'm at around rep 25, have like 10-15 hours in the game and I've still not even driven through the whole map. Aside from that, great video and your channel has definitely helped in having s better experience in NFS: heat. Keep on the grind brother

Your panic reason is literally a good reason because every knew player panic or is scared of what's going to happen so they don't make logical decisions which gets them busted

Funny thing i would do these things, but for whatever reason, i would be escaping and then 2 cop cars would just spawn in front of me and the chase would resume, incredibly infuriating

I just wish that the police would adapt to your peformace of your car. At 400+ they are way too easy to escape tbh. I liked it back when the blackbox nfs games had cops that would keep up with you over 200 mph Like the r35 gtrs, undercover porsche 911 turbo, and of course the corvettes

When I reach heat lvl 3 or higher, I use the speedway method I saw in one of your videos. If I'm on the westside, Edgefield mall is my go-to.

I was playing the other day and managed to escape a heat 5, and as I was about a block from a safe house, a cop randomly spawned in front of me and had to start the chase again, then I was caught.

Reason why I get busted is because I try to crash them like in NFS Most Wanted using collisions and eventually run out of repairs by the time I've destroyed around 8-10 cars, escaping isn't even on my mind. Another is I fall into water in a close chase and get busted on respawn. I just can't deal with this as I have trouble distinguishing.

i remember i won a race when i was just starting the game and tried to escape the police idk wtf i did but i ended up going from heat 2 to heat 5 in less than 3 minutes and got wrecked lmao

after completing the game idk why the cops seem too easy cause even in heat 5 if u hit 180 mph u just run away 💀 and any jump will let u escape

Ugh I've lost the cops at heat 3 and even 5 races however I just can't shake them after winning a heat level 5 race

That's freaking interesting, I've never had big troubles escaping, I always play solo, because you can pause the game and open map.. After I finish my race at heat 5 with around 800k xp I set destination somewhere near that big parking lot, where you can jump on next building and if I somehow manage to get there, it's pretty easy to escape. Just avoid rhinos and spikes and you are good, try to avoid anything that slows you in your way to the parking lot and its easy money.

most important thing i noticed when being chased by cops even i started playing a few days ago is that DONT STOP MOVING also try to always be in open spaces so you can abruptly turn or smth and the cops will sometimes crash or slow down if you drive in a field on a beach

My biggest weakness is barricades that spawn but don’t visually load yet, and then all of a sudden your tires blow out, or worse, you were at 50% health and you just get totaled. It would be nice to see a video on road blocks and rhinos. Great video, as always 👍🏽

I remember in Most Wanted all I needed was the speed breaker xD. I always wondered if you could bait the Helicopter to coming down and just screwing him over with one of the Hazards that stops the cops from chasing you. I kinda don't like how it is in Heat. Cause back in MW I loved fighting the cops but here you so much as try to take them out when they attempt to box in you just see the health bar of your car just drain -__-

Why would anyone close video after word "panic". Those who would do it quit the game earlier as you mentioned in the video. Cops in Heat talk to you (player on the run) pretty realistically and I assume in RL that is done so the criminal start panicing and making mistakes

Love your videos man. Can you do one where you're trying to evade the cops in a heat 5 sprint race online like "Discovery" where they're throwing everything they got at you including stop sticks, rhinos, etc and you're still trying to finish 1st. I love how the game leaves random vehicles stalled out in your path or they tell you you missed a checkpoint on a straight away right before the race ends.

I know it's not much but yes I've been struggling with police hard in this game but thanks for your tips. I managed to finally lose a heat 3 with my M3 88 of car rating 218. Did what said kept turning and swerving across road and was going head to the jumps but they layed out spike strip avoided it then I was home dry 😁 only thing I had on was radio disruptor. It's been a while though since we had NFS like this one can't remember what was called before but I struggled on that but not compared to this one. Anyway thank you

Ngl i was getting mad because i need to get a lot of REP for my crew to unlock the Ferrari evo X but other than that, they are annoying but escapeable.

Guess I should've tried this, because after winning several races then a heat 5 race the other day, I was well over 1 million rep but could NOT escape and got busted! Driving the 400+ Ford GT couldn't outrun them, tried jumps, nothing worked.. Really sucked! Guess if your over 1 million rep the cop chases change??

Bro, we playin 2 different games. You cant outrun cops by pulling a Uey. They turn instantly as soon as i do or reverse as soon as i do. They also ALWAYS follow me no matter if im on highway or drive off a hill, they turn instantly and follow me off the hill

My problem is the cops keep spawning on me I have beeen hiding behind a building and had a cop spawn on me it’s bs. It’s like the game decides it is having you and that’s it no matter what you do it will basically cheat to catch you.

The number one cause for getting busted? BREAKING THE LAW! Stay in school, kids.

Next time in trigger militia universe: from lvl 1 to 16 in starter car(94k rep). That's can't be hard. In this video you end night with something like 50k, so doubling this is possible. I think maybe better is to start on lvl 3 to unlock the speed traps so can you grind on race track after doing races.

Knowledge is power. I always escape heat 5 in the city cause I know that part of the map. But even heat 3 can catch me in the Grenada wetlands.

Can you not just drive in the water and the cops drive in with you? Then they get destroyed.

What about when u have unite mod installed and cops are super fast, there are so many more spike strips, and the night with unite mod u cant see shit u just make corners based on ur knowledge of the map and pray😂😂

Sometimes the cops go over like 250mph, they make jumps sometimes and are waaaay more agressive when my porsche goes 234mph on straight, they ll just catch me up and start crashin into me or instantly cut me off and pin me. It happens when i DONT get busted and complete the night lots of times. They are sometimes scripted to bust u at least once at a time. For some reasson i sometimes go over 234mph and look back and notice a corvette cops are catching up. Otherwise they go only 200mph most of the time and once at a time they are just unescapable and scripted to bust you instantly regardless on your skill level, so good to know guys. Right Militia? Did this ever happen to you too?

@Militia gaming , there is a really really useful bug with the repair kit, if u guys didn't know u could use the repair kit more, what u need to do is basically have at least 1 repair kit and then try to damage ur car as much as u can, and then spam the repair kit pretty fast, this way you will break the game and use more than 1 repair. But don't try this with 2 repair kit,because it will use both, so only do this bug when u have 1 repair kit All u need to do is just spam the repair kit, but make sure u only have 1 repair kit, Let me know if it worked for u guys :)

I actually like how the cops don't give up in this game... I can get rid of them, but it takes some time... I'm only level 224 and r level 16 so I'm sure they'll get harder...

i don't get the "panic" people talk about the cops in nfs heat, i'm kinda used to it bc i play gtaV, and a tip, at least in gta... the cops don't get off the road and i think here is the same thing so if u can get some distance from them, u can get out of the road and like 60m out to grass and the cops will loose you

i acyually don't really have a problem with cops in any of the need for speed games cause i know they all have health bars so all i do is bash them with my car lead them into walls etc. it's makes them really eeasy to deal with

Is my game just broken, “they can’t make strong maneuvers so do a u-turn”…. Why even if I drift around they are always right on my tail, no matter the speed they r there, even if I drive off a ledge they just follow me, I’ve only not been busted 2 times out of over 20 chases, I’m not able to progress in the game cuz the cops seem like they teleport to where I am.

This doesn't happen to me, at Heat above 3 the spawn at thin air and, it feels like I'm playing world of Tanks with a bicycle! It's so frustrating, I'm in a downward spiral thinking I am a bad player, but I'm not... I can do insane shit, those videos from EVO, I can do that, I know my way around things, buts these games, is my Achiles heel. I just can't get better..

Whoever says the game is easy, change difficulty to HARD not medium and then you will cry.

Tbh cops are pretty average on easy to medium, but when you put them on hard there mediocre when you have a lvl 300+ so escaping them is average to mediocre

Hi, I got this game via playstation plus, love it, my last nfs was most wanted. Im absolutley love this, however I got busted left and right and night racing became annoying and I was scared, but this video really helped, panicing really was the issue for me, as I just tried driving away like a drunk insane guy, as soon as I tried to stay calm and actually thinking where to drive and not ramming the car like an idiot, I just got away my first level 5 heat escape, was intense and maybe even luck, but staying calm method and knowing the city really helped, oh and this video!

My tip for evading cops: Drive faster.

What I do is always go to that little jump near the statue thingy if I can't shake the cops off before a race ends. I say "before a race ends" since if you start another race, no cops will be nearby unless it's an obligatory cop chase from the race itself. So, basically, I try to chain events during the night, which leads to me not getting chased much until the later stages where more cops are made to spawn due to the heat level.
