In this video we will see how to make Milk powder burfi at home. This homemade barfi is made using milk powder. The real advantage of using milk powder instead of directly using milk is that this recipe can be completed in under 20 minutes. This simple indian sweet recipe is made with 4 simple ingredients, milk powder, sugar, milk and ghee. This burfi tastes so amazing and in-spite of its simplicity. You can garnish the burfi with broken nuts of your choice.

Hi Steffie, I liked the simplicity of this recipe and tried last weekend. I followed exact measurements as per your recipe. I used 'Nestle everyway' milk powder and powdered regular white sugar. Recipe came out chewy and exactly as caramel candy that we buy from store. It never solidify like how I saw in your video. You have any idea where and what might have went wrong.
