Milk pudding 😋
Milk 500ml
sugar 60gms
cornflour 50gms
milk powder 40gms
- Boil milk and add some milk to the cornflour and make a slurry.
- Add the slurry to the boiling milk along with milk powder and sugar.
- Cook it well for 10mins or until done.
- Transfer it to a greased mould and refrigerate it for 2 hours minimum
- Cut in your desired shape and coat some milk powder and enjoy
