Sugar - 25tbsp. / 75 tsp / 300g
Water - 10tbsp.
Milk - as required for coffee

@@alka220 yes. Free advice: 👇 For cold coffee put some ice cube with the other ingredients to make it frothy. For normal coffee put a small amount of lukewarm milk with instant coffee and sugar in mixer. Later you can mix it with more milk.

Me too...used to use spoon instead if mixie.. . One spoon coffee...3 sppons sugar...half spoon water and 30 minutes of mixing

Yaman, Your recipe is very amazing but I have tried a shorter easier and actually instant way to make Cappuccino at home... You can just take milk,sugar and coffee as per your taste, blend it with hand blender or even in mixie jar, pour in a Mug and microwave it. 1.5 mins if milk was in Fridge, 1 min or less if milk was at room temperature. For cold coffee, I use chilled milk (around 15 mins in deep freeze) and just blend it with coffee and sugar (sometimes no sugar) just chocolate syrup. Turns out really good

Your coffee recipe is amazing for those who do not have a coffee machine and I’m sure that with your method even using instant coffee will produce a good outcome.But honestly, even I have tried this method and I also made coffee using the coffee machine and and there was a difference between the two. The one made in the machine used Cafe coffee day’s ground coffee beans(medium roast)so it was much better in taste. So those who r daily coffee drinkers like me I really recommend buying a coffee machine if it’s in your budget, I bought ‘Inalsa’s cafe aroma’, it cost me just ₹3000 nd it’s working perfectly since 2 years..

You are correct, There is definitely a flavor-profile difference, I regularly use Tecnora's Machine for brewing espresso as it has a high pressure pump(15/9bar). Whipped Coffee yields in a smooth, creamy, milkshake like coffee. Whereas brewed coffee will always shine with it's freshly ground coffee notes.
