I follow différent us dairy farms and your new channel is great .. definitely right direction very interesting and lot explanations // otherwise what is the interest to have linebacks vs holstein ? Higher Milk proteins level ? Milk Production of lineback vs an holstein ? ( lower quantity I assume ) congrats great video

The Linebacks are more of a medium framed cow. The production usually isn't much different than the and their components are usually a little higher.
