Amanda heads to her local library to meet up with Hannah Miller, a VT professor who is using her sabbatical to visit and knit in as many VT libraries as she can. Peggy shows off the many new colorways of the Bluefaced Leicester yarn (formerly known as the “1000 lbs of wool”) that we have in store. Plus, we get excited for Maryland Sheep and Wool (next weekend!) and give you a sneak peek at our exclusive colorway for the event. Hope to see you there!

Peg’s cardigan is amazing. Beautiful colour and cables. Great interviews at the library too. I am a member of a knitting club at my library. In my 5 decades of knitting alone I didn’t think it would appeal to me but I was wrong. I love the fellowship and the inspiration.

I especially love this Millcast! Knitting + libraries! What could be better? I've been watching your Junction Fiber Mill Millcasts, both current and past, for six weeks or so and love it! Thanks for interviewing Hannah and sharing the interesting facts about Vermont Libraries. I had no idea that have more per capita in Vermont than any other State. Amanda, you’re doing such a great job with Louis. He’s definitely not missed any meals and looks like he has his big sister’s strawberry blond hair! So cute. The new yarn colors are beautiful and hope you all have a great time at Maryland Sheep and Wool!

Yarn and libraries, the best!!! What a fun way to learn about the libraries in your area and knit at the same time. I bought an emotional support chicken kit and need to start on it . What fun. I always look forward to your podcasts and I learn so much every time. Amanda, Louise is getting big way too fast! Awww! Sweet Baby looks like his papa! Another terrific Millcast! My hubby isn’t a fiber artist, but he now recognizes the intro music when I turn on YT! He was scrambling around this am & heard the intro & said, “Hey! It’s Tuesday!” 😂 very cool. I’m actually working on the crochet (scrappy) emotional support chicken “Beak-Oncey”. Their names are great! I can’t wait to try some solids - how glorious!!! Happy Festivals! ☺️🫶🏻🧶!
