75g cake flour
250g milk
300g heavy cream
25g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

I made this yesterday! Mine did not turn out as neat as hers 🤣 a side note if you are planning to make this: The number of crepes that can made by this recipe will not produce a cake that tall. Mine was about 1/2 the height of hers (my pan is about 6" diameter). Definitely double the recipe for the batter if you want a tall cake.

Your videos are so soothing to watch. Love the sound of just the food,pans, mixing...plus I love the small, portion control. Here in America everything needs to be supersized! I just purchased some mini baking pans. They are perfect.
