as someone who suffers from random chronic vertigo on flat surfaces, i wondered if living in a tilting tower would made the vertigo worst or better...

Its crazy how developers would build on top of landfill and mud. Eventually it will collapse.

Who in their right mind would invest money in a doomed structure. The building needs to be razed and rebuilt. The original builders should foot the cost for the loss to the current owners.
