Milling a Large Maple Burl

Fascinating. I don’t know how to cut up a burl but I think your approach was smart. Beautiful wood.

Those slabs are already done . I would cut them slabs into 1 or 2 inch slabs sand and polished hang it on the wall mother nature did the art word already .

That last part needs to be cut up into veneers to put on doors, drawers, box tops etc. That would be awesome.
