Pierre you have out done yourself and I visualize myself living in this home. Awesomely designed. The tile looked like marble. Wainscoting and molding was grand and yes ceilings were exquisite. I am motivated and inspired. I want it thank You

3th best house i seen so far way better than the NV homes the homes you have shown have more details for the money . No American Women know who to use that kitchen . Who's the builder .

Favorite so far in s. Fla. Attention to detail is superb. I think my son would love this. This is where I want to live. I would change kitchen countertops to carrera marble.

Master suite was lovely. The upstairs lanai and washroom very nice. I love gourmet kitchens. This kitchen is on point...will sell home all by it self. My critiques...homes are built too close. Backyard space too small. Lots of showers, but a tub shower combo would have been better. The kitchen should have the farmers sink not the washroom. Thanks for sharing.❤❤👏

I noticed there’s no bug protection on Lanai Most of south Florida homes you’ve shown don’t have it. Mid Florida and north, every Lanai has bug protection….
