somebitch I’m not sure if you’re joking or notttt because to be quite honest, money doesn’t buy you happiness. Yes you can buy things that make you happy but at the end of the day many people aren’t fulfilled with just materialistic objects since that’s not what life is all about. Kate Spade the fashion designer was a multimillionaire and unfortunately killed herself, Anthony Bourdain was a well known American chef with wealth who also sadly killed himself. Don’t be quick to assume that because someone has money is happy all of the time.

Not actually. I'm born and raised in Florida, Loxahatchee the area they are looking in is cheap because several children died from brain issues that came from playing in the soil similar to the Flint story. Obviously people will sell what they can for dirt cheap.
