Funny enough. All of the habits that you are talking about are habits that I have been trying to build since the end of last year and it has been trial and error but i finally feel like I'm getting my focus right. By next year i want to be in the position where I can look back and say I have made my goals a reality. I will advice everyone all over the world to stop wasting their money on fake brokers and scammers who promise you instant cash out. it's not as easy as you think. I have been trading for about 6 months now and just about every trade backfires and slaps me in my face. Nearly impossible for me to catch more than a few points . I try to do top down analysis but it doesn't work for me . I say to myself, clearly I'm in the 90% that lose money, so I open a demo account, do my analysis, then take the opposite of what I would normally take and get the same result. I'm starting to feel hopeless, any advice for a struggling trader?

@Ray smith You're correct, I don't lose money every single trade, but my main problem is trying to let my runners run. Very rarely do I catch big moves . Instead they go a few pips in my direction, then go against me if when I try holding them. Also my entries could use a lot of improvement. A mentor would be amazing, but getting one is easier said than done. If it's not too much to ask, do you know any legit ones?

I have lost money on FX because I thought I knew what I was doing, so do not be in a hurry, if you cannot consistently make money or find a strategy on a Demo Account what makes you think you can make money on the Live Account, many of us are prematurely depositing cash on live accounts and automatically assuming that we know how to trade, there’s no shot cuts, follow these guys advises and learn from them, empower yourself with knowledge, FX is not about knowing how to execute Buy and Sell, please learn more, But please do not rush yourself. Sometimes our financial needs can make us set unrealistic goals, and you cannot emotionally trade forex because maybe your financial situation dictates that, I have been consistently learning and studying from July and I am only willing to actively trades from November, I don’t know how much you know but keep on learning and PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP!!!

How about you focus on one currency pair learn its fundamentals.. Do technical analysis... Focus on that pair everyday.. Research anything about it.. N don't go to another... Focus on it Untill u know how it usually moves
