Very cool how you let Vincent talk and not interrupt. A few points I wanted to call out: - The questions about people on the same training course getting different outcomes is very helpful for anyone on this path to understand before going into this. If pushing yourself in the way you need in order to be successful isn't for you, then stick with the day job for now. - I totally get the Asian path of safe careers which I'm sure our parents push us towards to have a better life than they did. I think this can cultivate a level perseverance which we otherwise wouldn't have. Perhaps even determination to do something very different, like property. - Didn't fully appreciate the point about finding your niche until I took sourcing seriously. Really helps with getting started and creating focus.

Hi Saj another great video! Thank you. Can I please ask for some advice. I am about to make an offer on an ex housing association flat (Victorian building the flat also has an extension - location is London ) it has another two buildings attached that are also housing association. My mortgage lender is worried saying banks won’t lend and we have to pay more. but the location is excellent and has amazing schools, it is also not in a block. Any tips of experience with this. Will the value be less than private in the long run Pls pls any advice would be great!
