1. Kite Paper / Coloured Tissue Paper :
2. Fevicol / Paper Glue :
* Do not use Glue Stick because the joints will open when it's heated by the flame*
3. Cardboard Sheet :
4. Cutter Knife: amzn.to/39ZfXQu
5. Metal Wire :
6. Scissor :
7. Tissue/Napkin Paper :
8. Candle Wax
Measurements:
Paper: Length:70cm Width:44cm (5 sheets required)
Cardboard: Length:42cm Width:2cm
(Subtract 2cm from paper width to get length of cardboard)

This KZfaq video is fantastic for showing how the hot air balloon could land on the roof of a house and set it on fire or land in some hillside brush and start a huge brush fire. I'm sure the fire department really enjoys watching this video. LOL

A strong wind could still blow it into the (side of a mountain) when it is rising and easily start a fire. @Radioactiveiguess

what with fire if the balloon lands? does it need to be a safe location? ( as in a place where there are not things that can catch fire? ... ) also... how long does it stay in the air?

The wax only dips in the starting, when it keep burning for 1-2 minutes, wax does not dip anymore. Also the balloon only lands when the fire goes out so no chance of fire. Also leave the balloon from open place like a roof or open ground. So it does not stuck in the way to sky.
