I've been working hard to catch up! It takes me 3-4 hours per video to edit them, so I've been staying up after everyone else goes to bed to work on them. I took my laptop in the van yesterday and was able to make good progress while we were driving. Justus is a really tenderhearted boy!

I rode a few things; I love roller coasters! The first one I rode was the Pony Express. I didn't realize till I got up there that I had to straddle it like a horse. A little awkward in a long skirt! :)

You know I feel sorry for the boys that come to call on these beautiful girls. If they make it through Dad then the brothers lol That's how my big brother was!!

It was really fun; we were able to walk onto pretty much every ride. It's so nice going this time of year on a week day!

They were $72, but if you ordered more than 3 days in advance (which we did) they cost $44. Kids tickets were $42 when ordered early. We bought tickets for our family and both grandpas and they cost $410. We spent about $80 for lunch.

funny how california is so much higher priced i live in the ohio area and cedar fair and kings island both cost less than and they have same owner

King's Island is about the same these days. It's funny though, we have pictures of me with Snoopy there in 1989! They like to stick to a theme at those parks. lol

My sister, Ami, got that for him (I've got 3 sisters and 1 brother.) I didn't notice until we were walking into Knott's Berry Farm what it said. I thought it was neat, too! Two of sisters don't have any children yet, but between the other three of us, Dad has 16 grandchildren.

I use my little Canon PowerShot. I love it because it's small and fits in my pocket so it's easy to grab. I've had for several years just to use for photos, but it works great now that I'm making videos, too.

We've been to Disneyland many times but it's way more expensive and a lot less fun. Even when getting a fast pass for rides, it's hard to get on very many over the course of a day. At Knott's Berry Farm, we can just walk up to rides and get on. It's _way_ more fun.

I've have heard it is a great time. If I ever get out that way, Knotts berry farm will be a choice for sure😊

No, they also wear jeans about 1/3 of the time. I didn't pack any for this trip, though.

We grew up Southern Baptist, but we've had a home church for 11 years and don't really consider ourselves any particular denomination anymore.

+Andrea Mills I was interested to know my grandmother grew up as an independent baptist, but never really heard of anyone else having home churches and still dressing very modestly etc.

When we're with other people, it's hard to expect them to remember not to say things they might not want everyone in the world to hear. It's also chaotic sounding having loud theme park music jumping from song to song, yelling, horns blowing and snippets of conversations. To make it easy on our friends (so we're not picking up all their conversations) and you all watching, who would (I feel) get more tired of blaring chaotic noise than a repetitive song, I mute the audio and add music. I keep in short conversations that are somewhat complete and relevant. It takes me 3-4 hours to edit each of these videos without searching for new appropriate music every time, so this is what you get! I appreciate you turning it off it's annoying, though. I don't want to annoy, but to bless.

I think all these vacation vids are excellent; love the music playing throughout; besides...theme parks are super noisy and when there is talking the noisy background is distracting.
