@@Rofed2010The style (milonga campera, or milonga from the countryside, slow as opposed to the fast milonga from Buenos Aires) can be found in both Argentina and Uruguay. The composer is originally from the city of Misiones, in the North East of Argentina. He is a football fan, he once told me that this was composed on the very day Argentina won the World Cup in 1978.

The arrangement is by Cardoso himself. He did it for duo guitar. But the piece is original solo guitar.
