I still have a chipped bone in my right arm from using nunchuks at age of 13, funny thing is about a month ago I was put pressure on the elbow and ended up with bursitis at 54, drained it with a 25g needle and applied DMSO and Castro, comfrey, Doctor said it will be a few weeks and ended up being a few days thanks to the DMSO.

Just put 24 lbs on at 46 ( 12 th career cycle ) on sustanon 500 , mast E 400 and var 50 mgs per day for 10 weeks . 6-7 meals per day . No hgh or insulin . Eat like a Mofo and train like a beast

IMO Dexter is the best Pro Bodybuilding of all time... he's like Chris Cormier in the sense that they were always one of the best looking dudes on the stage.. both competed a lot and went against the best of the best at the top shows
