I have all Milva's records right from the beginning on 45rpm but this one here is new to me. Milva is up there with the best of the Spirituals. It is a pity this was not followed up with more of the same. Milva of course diversified a lot, always brilliantly. I have no doubt this style so well established elsewhere would have given yet another incredible facet of Milva's range. Keeping in mind that Lo vedro` was recorded in 1965 when her career was comparatively just starting (one can see from the video the as yet lack of total experience).

Most definitely. There was another video on here a while back with Milva singing "Keep Your Hand On The Plow" with another lady. I cannot find it now. That was one of my favorites.
