I have the M18 Surge and as an electrician I use it every day at work and I love it. Much quieter then the traditional impact drivers.

To be honest as petty as I sound saying this one of my biggest complaints about the standard m12 is that I wish milwaukee used some better quality paint around the front. I take really good care of mine and its only about 9 months old and it already has several scratches.

I love my Bosch 12volt for service work. This is a good tool too.

I had the Bosch years ago until it went up in smoke but it was a good tool

Do you get issued any tools from the company you work for or do you have to buy everything you use? Are there any tax breaks if you do buy your own tools? I was just wondering don't answer if you don't want to and tell me it's none of my business I won't mind.

The company would issue tools but I prefer to buy my own so if I ever leave the company they are my tools they come with me I have a lot of money invested in tools
