All you have to do is follow the law! Let them demonstrate as the law says and tell the police to provide security for them and those around them. If they break the law without police interference or intimidation or incitement from another group, then it will be their fault if things go wrong. Simple. But If you send the police or hired gangs to attack peaceful protestors then it’s your fault of things go wrong.
