Funny wig story: years ago my best friend was in the middle of a bad divorce. She had asked her mom to fly up to San Francisco from Phoenix to help her move back to Arizona. They packed up all her stuff and headed down the coast toward LA. Her mom decided they had to make a stop at Disneyland since her mom had never been! So.....in the middle of this extremely emotional time for my friend, there they were waiting in line for hours to go on The Space Mountain ride! They got on, went through the ride which scared her mom silly. When they came out into daylight, my friend looked at her mom, and her mom’s wig had completely turned around on her head! It was backwards!

I got a good chuckle or two out of those stories! Love these customizing videos, please keep doing them! And, Kim, you are looking especially pretty today!

Reminds me of Suzanne Summers!! I just started wearing Jackson....have always wore monofilament top and lace front, thought I would try Jackson.....tweaked it a little and really like it. Nice job ladies!!!

I love your videos so much!! I lived in Plano for many years and moved back to GA a few years ago. I bought "falls" from Mimi's in the mid-late 90's and have been wearing full wigs for many years now. Wish wish I could run down to your store for styling. I wore RW Voltage for several years and it didn't require any additional styling. Two years ago I decided to go blonde and have been wearing JR Ignite which I love. Planning to come to Dallas in the next few months and look forward to meeting you two and choosing some new styles. XOXO

OMG! You two quite literally just saved my Noriko Jackson! I loved the stock photos and spent the money on a truly gorgeous wig that simply did not look good on me. It sat on the floor of my closet in it's box for the past six months. I watched this video a couple of times and followed you step-by-step to put those wispy bangs in and, yes, even change the part. I absolutely LOVE the final result and now will get a LOT of use out of her. Thank you SO VERY MUCH!
