Dear friends, I am Italian, and I remember that evening of April 1972 when I was a kid: the players of the group were also exceptional... The spaniard Angel Salvador on guitar bass, rhythm guitar Massimo Luca, Eugenio Guarraia lead solo guitar, Gianni dell'Aglio drummer, Gabriele Lorenzo piano. In particular, those who ''made legend'' most of all (besides Mina and Battisti) were the bassist, the rhythm player and the drums. They also wrote a book about this session in Italy, 290 pages!!!!

Lucio Battisti is recognized as the greatest pop singer-songwriter that Italy has ever had. Mina is recognized as the greatest Italian female singer of all time. Lucio Battisti in his career has written songs for Mina, in this Medley Battisti sings his songs which are famous sung by Mina and Mina sings some well-known songs of Battisti. Mina is the best vocal performer that Italy has ever had.

ahahahah, il mondo sta scoprendo? ma per favore!!! guardi chi commenta! non c'è uno straniero... 1. i Maneskin con la musica italiana non c'entrano nulla, sono "altamente" internazionali (e per questo hanno successo) 2. "grazie" a loro si è aperto il mercato delle (sempre finte) reaction (la maggior parte di chi fa questi video, non capisce nulla dal punto di vista tecnico\musicale e soprattutto non comprende la "grandezza" dei testi che spesso è la vera forza della musica italiana) 3.non ci sarà un solo album comprato all'estero, grazie a questi video, ma solo 4 soldini agli autori per le visualizzazioni...italiane

You have just watched the most iconic music video of the Italian music of the '70s. Mina was the most important show woman in tv and the best female voice. Battisti the best song writer ever. They are simply considered 2 legendary artists by Italians. In this video you have watched A kind of two gods together. Few years later Both of them decided to keep singing without showing up on any kind of media. No music video, no interview, no radio, no one performer show anywhere. Nothing. Two ghosts. Once a year they made a cd without any kind of personal advertisement. Notwithstanding, Their cds were always on the top of the chart. Two legends.

Mina and Battisti are legends of Italian music. Also the lyrics are very meaningful. They are also famous in latin countries especially Mina. Her voice could reach very high and very low pitches when she was young and even nowadays she still has got a beautiful voice. The great Spanish director Pedro Almodovar loves her and has used a lot of her songs in his films.

Lucio Battisti unfortunately passed away in 1998, Mina is still alive, 81 years old but in very good shape, and still active, despite she's not perfoming on stage and tv since 1978.

These artists are 2 giants of Italian music,: Mina is an iconic singer, probably the best Italian singer of all times, she retired from public scene in 1978 when she was only 34 to take care of her family and live without the stress of the media with whom she had had not so happy experiences, since then she has continued to publish albums and still continues today at the age of 79. To appreciate Mina's vocal range look for the song "Brava". Lucio Battisti was a singer songwriter and composer, a poet, who revolutionized the Italian melodic song back in the 60-70s and after. He died in 1998 and left us a lot of beautiful songs, many of them people still use to play and sing along with acoustic guitars at every bonfire with friends. Mina was a fan of his work and after his death published an album of all of his songs . :DDD

This is a medley of Lucio Battisti's songs. Mina has an exceptional voice; Lucio is, by far, the most popular singer of all time. His numerous albums (before he died at an early age) are masterpieces. You should listen to his music, although he did very few live performances by choice. Thanks for this reaction of an epic duo!

I recommend you listen to Mina's "Brava". It is not her most beautiful song but it is an interpretative challenge and it is certainly the one that highlights Mina's musical skills, her vocal range, her breadth and her agility, coming to take notes unthinkable for almost all humans. . The lyrics would seem like an explanation of all his vocal abilities ... Very funny. But Mina is and will forever be the best interpreter of Italian music, with a wonderful discography.
