I absolutely love how he’s still loving and living his life at 78 years young. So many people when they get older believe it’s time to downsize and cut cost, not this fine gentleman it’s full steam ahead and I love that! This inspires me as I get older….Awesome stuff!! 🙌

What he didn’t say in the video is all the time he’s away for a month, he’s taking road trips all across the US in his corvette. He’ll be gone for a month at a time. Intentionally taking unknown back roads for hours, then GPS to a hotel and get up the next day and do it all over again. Tully is a super cool guy.

@@Youthman people were having fun at the casino at the casino on the cruise I was just on. It was sad they were there the whole time and didn't experience anything else. Alcohol makes people happy, but the people that sit at the bar all day are sad. People that watch football all day on TV Sundays are having fun, but it's sad.

Wow! Love it ...and as Michael said below, love it that he isn't slowing down and keeps getting up on that horse and riding off into the sunset🍻. Hey Chris. I agree this is an amazing guy with an amazing room ...but, when it comes to actually watching a movie, I'd *far* rather do it in your theatre room (especially since you've fully blacked it out). Not knocking on old Mr Tully's creation, it's a piece of work but, for me, themed rooms like that would be better for games/dining/living rooms, etc. The only theme I'd like in the theatre room is the batcave!

What a beautiful creation. The son in law is very intelligent and creative. The gentleman who owns this beauty is truly a cowboy. He even sounds like I would expect a cowboy to sound in a cowboy movie. I'm here just for the conduit statement. j/k, but when I was in 6th grade and I drew my "future house", better believe I had false walls everywhere. Watching my father tear apart walls and put them back all the time totally convinced me. The whole description is great -- very meaningful as my dad spent thirty years building a house that was meaningful to him in this way. House sale closed a couple of months ago, and it's hard to find someone to take this sort of thing on, but it's magical to be a part of it. God bless.

What size is the screen? Should have been 16:9 screen since he is a fan of Westerns, those movies are mostly 4:3 and 16:9

as you can see from the video and the thumbnail, the screen is much wider than 16:9 so it’s either 2.35:1 or 2.40:1. They have madVR which can be used to fill the entire screen using NLS (Non-Linear Stretch). 16:9 will look fine stretch to CinemaScope. Thats what I do in my theater. 4:3 could be stretched to 16:9 and look fine. It would just have grey bars on the left and right.

I'm absolutely not into themed rooms (especially cases like this where the bright scenery so close to the screen bounces light off and thus results in a distraction), but I can respect the effort and equipment! And props to the owner for enjoying his life to the fullest!
