This is by far the most beautiful design with this type of layout hehe that i have seen. 🔥 Im thinking what would it look like if the rooms were on 2nd floor? The placement of the powder room and laundry are perfect already. Just thinking how would it look like if the rooms are upstairs hehe. Overall, i really love this design. Very comforting and homey feels.

Loved this design! I would like to suggest doing only one stair case to the second floor, and adding a walkway between the kitchen and the living room. They both look so spacious! Great!

Get rid of the bathroom in bedroom number 1. Make the half bath/powder room into a full bath. That will give more room in the bedroom. Need to get the bed out of the corner if 2 people will be sleeping in it. Otherwise, great layout.

I like the other house design were you separated the bedrooms with 2 stairs. But in this instance, 1 stair and a walkway would be better for kitchen and living room.
