I had to try this 3D embossing folder technique as soon as I saw it in a video from ‪@DebbyHughes‬ . The depth you get from this technique is AMAZING. Not to mention it is so simple! I was able to create several stunning cards and projects in minutes.

Love this technique Tiffany. Did not have white ink pad so decided to do it with a darker ink and the background was lighter. It worked great! Just love the result! Thank you for sharing your creativity and inspiration!

Great video. I never thought of ink smooshing with my bottled inks. That's great cause I have so many just laying around cause they will no longer spray and I'm too lazy to put in new spray bottles.

I love this! I have been trying to get a background I like with dylusions sprays and smooshing my stampin up ink pads. And I hate everyone of them and throw them all out! I have 2 panels I kept to put gesso over to see if I can start over. I hate stampin up now, but that's what I'm stuck with. Its from when I started in 2003. I left the card making for quite a while and when I came back into it about 2017 all the local stamp stores were gone and so I discovered all that were online and KZfaq videos and my whole craft world and mind exploded! So maybe instead of throwing them away I can try this!

Hi Tiffany I love your creations and thank you for the inspiration, I'm new and love learning new ways. One thing I ask you is it possible for you to turn on the automatically generated closed captioning for your videos please? So that me and other hearing impaired people can see what you are saying, I am not sure but I think you just have to find the option and hit one button to turn them on, and then KZfaq automatically creates the subtitles themselves, you don't have to do anything else but choose to turn it on, I hope this makes sense. I find the subtitles make it easier for me to learn when I can hear you talk and also read the text on the screen. Thanks

I have heard about a judikins micro glaze do you know if it's just as effective? Also I have seen a few videos on KZfaq where people diy micro glaze with vaseline and isopropyl alcohol and was wondering what your opinion was.

The microglaze should work fine. I believe it was the original formulation. I have both and they work equally well for me.

You used the Sizzix Multi use platform on the Platinum 6. Can you tell me more. Was it just on the TH 3D embossing folders? Does it keep the paper from cracking when run through? I always seem to get the Cardstock cracking even when misting it with water. Thanks

Thanks Tiffany. I bought the platform and it works pretty well on the 3D folders mostly. Although there are some that are thicker and do crack the paper. I’m still experimenting on a variety of paper. I appreciate the information. Blessings

@@vickielightsey5134 The paper I use most of the time is heavy mixed media paper like ranger heavystock. I hope that helps.
