We used the Believe beauty foundation and the Tati beauty palette for my daughters wedding day and her makeup was FLAWLESS and lasted all night. 💜

@@sunniegb sure!! She has for the most part “normal” skin type, but combo/slightly oily in the T-zone. We set her T-zone with the Fit Me loose powder and setting spray we used was UD All Nighter. She was married in February, so the weather was not hot or humid. And that combo of products looked great in photos and lasted all night. Good luck! 💜

We also used the Milani eye primer and that worked beautifully with the Tati palette. No glitter fall out or creasing!

I love how you take into consideration people's budgets .. you get it. Other channels do this as a "challenge". But this is what some people can only afford. Im a student in my last days of my health care assistant program. No judgment here for makeup. I love my high end stuff, but some drugstore/dollar store stuff is better !!

It's kind of sad that most beauty KZfaqrs use 'low end' products as a "wow!!! Wacky strange thing I'm doing!!! Using all these Cheap Products hahaha". It just feels so alienating, like they're making the makeup that is in the price range of lot of their audience a Gimmick instead of just. A thing most who just can't spend a whole lot use. But Tati doesn't make it a Gimmick at all, it's an honest review that she does regularly because takes the affordability seriously for her audience. It just feels so much more grounded in the reality of others.

I totally understand where you're coming from but I think most KZfaqrs do love and rave about drugstore makeup... It's the dollar store makeup that usually is put in a "challenge" format because most dollar stores sell makeup that has already been expired or is just bad quality... I have tried dollar store cosmetics before and very few products were decent, in fact I remember a bb cream broke me out completely 😂

Believe Beauty is the broke girl's secret, honey! I fell in love with the foundation, lip liner, setting spray & concealer, so you gotta try the ones you missed! The lip liner is like butter & the concealer is just flawless! Glad you reviewed this line! 🥰

Right! They have a bomb ass tinted moisturizer too. It was so easy to match my color too. At my local dg, there’s not as many color options, but utr just a few minutes there’s a more diverse population and their dg has a very impressive shade range.

I love the fact that you reviewed Scott Barnes and dollar store make up all in the same week! That for me typifies you and your channel. You just love make up and you’re willing to give anything a fair shot. Thanks for that! PS - I have recently been looking for a drugstore alternative to a pricey setting spray. I purchased one from Neutrogena that was a whole lot more than five dollars, and the mist wasn’t nearly as fine as the one you showed from the dollar store. I’m gonna be tracking that one down. Thanks for the recommendation!)

The fact that Tati is back gives me a nostalgic feeling from 2014 when I first found her channel. I would watch her videos for comfort / stress relief during my last semester of uni! But…at the same time, her videos also feel new, hopeful & give me some semblance of normalcy in this crazy world right now. It is very difficult to find anything that brings you joy or comfort in the world of media right now. Your videos always leave me feeling like I was just visiting my most trusted friend’s home for a hangout & whatever was bothering me when I arrived is now long gone! I’m impressed that a $5 foundation has both a glass bottle with a pump AND a custom component for the lid?! It looks really cool, but custom stuff is also expensive usually!

Right? When she showed off the packaging, all I could think of was how you have to buy the pump extra for Nars Sheer Glow and then it doesn't close all the way once you do that! And that's almost $50!

Girl…turning 50 next year and first, my blush is practically under my eyes trying to lift my face! Spending on makeup…it’s fun but the drugstore has been KILLING IT! Between the drugstore and a BoxyCharm subscription, I’m done spending crazy money on makeup!

The believe makeup is a dollar store brand. I am sure that some makeup company is making the makeup for Dollar store. Sometimes we pay for the name not that quality. But I'm glad that you was able to find a alternative to the higher price makeup I'm sure you look lovely

I know! The mascara is great too! Not a fan of the eyeliner but I would be if it were darker. Some of the shadows swatch a little differently than the color but it's still such good quality! The brushes, the concealer, even the nail polish is amazing!!

@Pixie I’m the exact same. I have nothing against drugstore makeup, but it’s the ingredients. Plus, I know drugstore has upped their quality over the years, but most of the drugstore items now are pretty pricey. So if I’m going to pay the money, I’d rather go with high end. Not luxury though. I have my limits lol

Thank you for reviewing this brand! In many small towns in my area this is the only store we have besides a grocery store and a town with a Walmart or target is over 1.5 hours from me. I have seen this brand at my towns dollar general but haven’t given it a chance because I thought no way would it be good. I am going to give it a try now!!

Give your body some credit, it does an incredible job of protecting you. If you want to educate yourself further, Cassandra Bankson has some INCREDIBLE content.

I love the cream blush & eyeshadow also. I heard believe beauty was adding more colors & products also, I haven't tried their nail polish yet have ya'll it's in a different stand up section or at least my stores

I’ve played with the cream blush. It’s okay but honestly not as good as Honest Beauty or the Milani cream blushes. But good for the price - better than the Revlon liquid blush and the Maybelline cream/liquid blushes. (Both separate my Superstay and Milani foundations and I’ve tried them with both.)

Honestly, their cream blush is one of my favorite formulas (and I have Rare Beauty, Armani, Jaclyn hill, melt, etc). It just is so easy to put on!

I did the RF microneedeling, I didn't do it for "anti-aging" I did it for my ehlers-Danlos where I had some scar issues and it really wasn't that painful, and they use a topical numbing cream

@@samanthasherrill3727 no, I don't keloid I get the wide flat very thin "silver skin" papery scars. They did it to try and stimulate the collagen so they aren't as thin and fragile

I’ve been wanting to try this brand. It is easy to just pop in the Dollar General vs Walmart. Walmart is so crowded.

Do it! It’s worth it! I worked for dg for a while and had got like a whole bag of believe makeup. That was last year, I’m still using the foundation. All the makeup works just as good as it did the day I brought it home. It really is worth the try.

The foundation, cream blush and concealer are really good!! I agree with you also about Walmart!!! I dread going there…which is often lol…but it’s always mobbed!!

Dollar General has changed a lot especially in the south within the 10 or so years. We have eight within 15 miles and I'm in the county one of these has small sections of fresh fruit & vegetables & two of the newer ones has a home decor sections with pretty good smaller decor items if you ever go be sure to look high & low though out the store their store are to small. If you coupon use their digital coupons & on Saturday they have a 5 off 25, I purchase all my name brand of course laundry & paper products their, to get the lowest prices I purchased 25 dollars & change use 5 off 25 coupon & so on that way I can use more 5 off 25 coupons. Stay blessed up

I use the Ordinary skin products if you're ever interested in getting nice quality products thats very affordable I would definitely recommend it, after I started using & loving them I could kick myself for not starting soon. i’ve been loving this brand! the foundation is the perfect everyday foundation! the eyeshadows are amazing. retractable eyeliners do not move at all. it’s perfect.

I really need to try the foundation out! After you AND Allie Glines tested it, I’m ready to try it too. Edit: I’ve LOVED the Catrice foundation, the Loreal fresh wear foundation, and so many other recommendations from her over the years, I’m SURE this one will be great too. 💕 Loving all of your recommendations too!

I've been waiting for this video!!! I love the Believe foundation so much! $5 glass bottle and a pump!! Yes please! I was hesitant to purchase but so glad I did. I mix mine with my favorite moisturizer with SPF because I tend to be on the dry side and I don't need the fuller coverage. Solves my problem areas and last all day.

I love this brand! My absolute favorite is the foundation but I like the eye primer, face primer, setting spray and the bullet lipsticks are AMAZING. I have three and consistently reach for them over my extensive high end and drugstore options. You MUST try the lipstick!

Microneedling has literally changed my life. I use to have giant pores, scars & pock marks. It has smoothed my skin so much it’s unbelievable. Edit: it’s not painful if you use a numbing agent.

I’ve been going through so much both at home at work... some days it’s difficult to get through it all...for comfort I will rewatch Tatis videos to take my mind off of everyday stresses. When I see a new video is posted, it literally feels like a little gift... If that makes sense. It makes me feel like I’m getting a comforting hug when I watch her videos. Grateful ❤️
