I am from Canada and a SriLankan Buddhist. I have been meditating for more than 30 years and do teach Mindfulness and Loving Kindness Meditating. I wish to thanks for organizing this event and I really enjoyed listening to valuable discussions. I wish to bring to all the speakers and guest that to learn more about the mindfulness, you need to listen to the real Buddha discloses in Pali. English language words cannot explain the real discloses of Buddha. Most of the words are directly translated, but you will not get the real meanings.

I won't choose a negative emotions. Not the negative mixed in either - to decide what a person might do next - or to help them make a new or big decision, to make a new future possibility. I take my positivity. And keep the positive emotions and source thinking, while trying to determine the best practice for the person's goal.

Pranam HH. Around 12:00 -The father's stress factors are obviously predicted to affect the unborn infant. The mother, through empathetic or mirror response will be stressed, or the father could be causing stress for the mother. Even worse, the two can get caught in a trap of positive feedback loop, which is a worst-case scenario. I have met this woman in her travels. She is very clear and focused in her work. This is some of the greatest work we are accomplishing as a species so far.

...there was a question that i would like to address, how do you teach emptiness in secular ethics. his holiness the dalai lama basically said that his is not pushing buddhism. clear. but also i would like to say, that emptiness is well represented by dependent origination. so to teach it to kids you simply encourage them to see the causes of things. "are you john? or are you your mama and papa? why? are you the air that you breath or are you john? why?" or "does it feel good or bad to be dependent on others? what if you have to wait for someone, does it feel anoying? " ... "so are our feelings dependent on others actions?" ... "do we live separately from eachother or like a spider web?" "is that good or bad?" and so on... ...very good for children if presented in their context...

please let me say a few words on stress in children... when I was a kid I grew up on army bases.. my father was a nuclear engineer and physicist deploying weapons in Germany in the first few years of the 1960s.. the Berlin wall crisis.. etc.. I am unable to participate in many sports and other kids beat me up all the time.. I went to the library after school.. my mom taught me to love reading.. but the other ingredient I didn't have.. was television.. no American television at the time... I still don't watch television... I think it is important for many reasons.. I have eidetic memory.. I think, because I don't ever shut my brain off in favor of someone else's ideas.. and.. brothers and sisters... laying around not thinking.. living vicariously through actors... is way more addictive than anything that has ever been placed in our lives... ask someone to stop... watch and listen to the reaction kids are very resilient.. I kinda like myself.. ❤️ even though I got bullied.. even though my sister died when I was 11.. and was very sick... even though all kinds of stuff has happened since then... mindfulness... more recently... daily meditation... no drugs can fix this problem... we have to fix it at home... during my years in grade school.. my mom read to me.. had me read to her... she came and read to my class in school... hugged all the kids.. I learned how to be nice from my parents... lots of hugs get the job done ✌️❤️✌️ ❤️♾️❤️ 🙏❤️🙏

our bodies have many responses to stress.. to uncomfortable situations.. but trying to identify one is probably not going to work.. my brother was looking for the magic lipids that would prevent the scar tissue that leads to hardening of the arteries and myocardial infarction at UCSD.. he was a research scientist in biomedical engineering... his work is available on line.. Dr Thomas E Carew... he looked at vitamins and minerals.. looking for a chemical solution.. he didn't know about neurotransmitters.. and the relationship between body and brain that controls everything.. neurotransmitters that have scary names... cannabinoids.. 110 of them are created endogenously.. an anion and cation for each system in the body... from the food we eat... they work on the sending side of the gap between nerve cells... and opiods.. endorphins... delta, kappa and mu... endogenous morphinans.. that work on the receiving side of the synapses... they got their names from big pharma based research... they are in a broad class of hydrocarbons found in the sticky stuff in plants called terpenes... pine sap.. rubber.. etc .. they are alkaloids... they work with the alkalai metals in our blood.. that carry a standing magnetic field between each part of our body and brain.. with the nociceptive cells in the blood brain barrier... nociceptin is a complex molecule.. found, as far as I know.. only in blue poppy seeds... hemp seed oil is mostly fatty acids and lipids.. my brother was on the right track... it also provides half of those neurotransmitters our bodies require to function.. I grind up a few CCs of poppy seeds into the oil . we use it topically and on the dinner table to stir fry and in salads.. cooking destroys the nociceptin... so I make sure everyone has enough raw.. blue poppy seeds are available on Amazon, as is hemp seed oil.. a few CCs in a liter of oil... about what a batch of poppy seed rolls need... when all 4 of the opiods are present.. there is no physical dependence... my little dog.. Dr Punkin guarantees that information.. the communication between body and brain is vital to our good health.. physically and emotionally.. it is called... Chi.. in Chinese medicine... Chi = energy they are very wise people... my body is no longer making scar tissue... we can create endogenous stem cells.. when we get the right stuff in our daily diet.. a liter of hemp seed oil is about 13 dollars from Amazon.. I have two pounds.. a kilo of poppy seeds.. it might be a lifetime supply 🤠

fatty acids and lipids are the only things that are passed through cell walls.. the neurotransmitters work on the outside.. through the blood brain barrier... they are catalysts.. which means they facilitate a process without participating in it... ✌️ blue poppy seeds are blue.. the flowers are pinky purple 💜.. and absolutely beautiful in your garden... so is cannabis.. although hemp can be grown in the wild and we can share with the other critters.. birds will fly a thousand kilometers to find them.. rabbit and deer will.. move in... they are beautiful in your garden too . really.. and.. they like zucchini 🤠 too

black poppy seeds are GMO.. they have backwards proteins.. and the anemic looking flowers .. kill bees... big pharma makes all their pain medicine from it these days.. the chirality is backwards.. and they are not really good for us

hemp seed oil has all the nutrients our body requires to metabolize.. it is the stuff of Life... straight up... neat... it doesn't take much.. we feed my wife and myself.. two.. now 3 cats.. Dr Punkin.. and I use it for everything that needs oil around my shop and laboratory.. about a liter per month... affordable health care... from the StarFire Family.. we are working on a 3D printer that can print food... anything you can dream up... just like you like it.. add hemp seed oil with poppy seeds... and water... to feed everyone... it's a good thing ❤️✌️❤️ 🙏♾️🙏 ❤️✌️❤️

a standing magnetic field means... what happens on one side of a magnet happens on the other side at the same time.. that allows us to respond to the environment in real time.. neurotransmitters are a superconductor for magnetic energy.. that means.. therefore... our brains are excellent quantum computers... which is why you are so very very smart 🤓... how bout that?
