Here's some home made green noise for you! If you've never heard of it before, read on.
The sound of Green Noise is known to have a positive effect on your mental and emotional state. It can help reduce stress, anxiety, and promote a sense of calm and relaxation. The gentle sound of green noise can also help mask distracting noises, allowing you to focus on your work or studies.
Using some fabric scratching and straw blowing (and a bit of audio engineering) I've been able to create some hand made Green Noise.
So sit back, relax, and let the soothing sound of green noise wash over you. Whether you're looking to meditate, study, or simply relax, this video is the perfect accompaniment to your day. Enjoy twelve hours of mind-numbing green noise, and let it transport you to a peaceful and tranquil state of mind.

What I do is let the beginning ad play, then start the video. Then take your finger or stylus to fast forward video almost to the very end of video, then slide the red line back to the beginning and play video. I don't get ads interrupting my sleep when I do this.

This sounds like our flight from LA to Heathrow back in March of 2018. I treated my wife to a honeymoon I never was able to give her after being married for 27 yrs at the time. Took her to Jordan, Israel, and London. Sadly she passed from cancer before our 30th anniversary. 😢😭 The empty space left in my heart and soul is indescribable. The grief and sadness at times is unbearable. I miss you.😭💔

I've been listening to industry fan videos for what I call white noise. I'll be honest that I don't understand the difference, that is until last night. I believe this to be the best sound yet, and so far my favourite.

Just discoverd this sound, and I love it!!💚 I have adhd and sleeping all night in one session is just a no for me, resulting in me sleeping maybe 3 hours per night on average. Tried many sounds, asmr, etc But this noise is just amazing 😃

Try soft earplugs they help you to get to sleep and sleep longer and are great for getting through the day too! ❤

This one track is consistent and one of the smoothest green noise videos listed on the YT platform right now. Green noise is different from brown or white noise, and some are listing and uploading white noise and just labeling it as green noise. Green noise is the smoothest of the three and the best for sleeping.

Yeah, I can imagine it's strange if you've never come across it before. The colour of noise refers to the power spectrum of a noise signal. I guess it's from the (analogous) similarities between the light spectrum and sound spectrum. But, as far as anyone's concerned, it's basically to do with the frequency of a sound - how high or low its parts are.

I think brown sounds a bit more like white noise, so, somewhere between green and white I guess. Not as harsh as white but not quite as soft as green.

Didn't work for me. I'm still awake. I can still hear my tinnitus over the noise. Sounds like the engine noise of a commercial airliner. I use noise cancelling headphones to hide this sound when flying.
