The funny thing is Monkey King is voiced by Goku’s VA and Azure was Voiced by Vegeta’s VA lol so watching this was like watching them fight lol I have a head canon Vegetas VA saw his preformance on the show and wanted to be on the show as well so he auditioned for Azure and got the part I don’t think it was intentional lol

You should really check out season 5.If you've heard of it,it's not animated by Flying Bark so it lacks the bombastic style of previous seasons and I personally don't really like how it looks,but *DUDE* the story's insane

In ending scene I think Wukong was just teasing/provoking for them to have little "argument" to make it normal again but when Macaque didn't get in it he just handed the "peach" just like they used to. Also think "WE can handle this" is somehow connected to what he said long time ago when he was asked whether he really wanted to have rebelion, he said back then "WE will have that". Hoping for their friendship to slowly reappering
