Little tip: when showing it to a girl use queens instead of kings and say something like I think you're a queen and show them the 4 queens

Nah man…The 4 kings are at the bottom…And when u cut the deck and put the card in the middle of the deck…The bottom deck sits on top

Definitely best to use a white bordered deck though so no accidents when fanning for the spectator to pick. I usually used an 8 or less. 😉

I prefer impromptu tricks with coins or other everyday items because everybody doesn't have a deck of cards on them. Cards also immediately lead people to tricks (sleight of hand) or stacked decks

But how do you get their card exactly below the kings?

You set the deck up so at the bottom you've got the 5 then the kings under it. Their card goes on top of the deck. Then they cut the deck. Now the order of the cards in the middle of the deck is 5 then the kings and their card. It's the cut that puts their card directly under the kings.

Doesn’t have to be 4 kings.. just make sure the upside down card is 5 cards from the bottom… regardless of what the 4 cards beneath are.

How do you know which direction the card is from the 5? Sometimes it's on the left. Sometimes it's on the right.

If they make three stacks then you re-stack the cuts and make sure the bottom stack goes immediately on top of the top stack. The middle stack can go anywhere, so you just gotta make it look convincing If they cut it normally and then cut it again, it won’t make any difference as long as they don’t happen to cut it exactly between that 5 card stack

I knew this trick at 10 years old but not with kings or such. I used say make a scary face, we are going to scare your card right out the deck. When we found the upside card and they said no that's not it I would say well you scared this card into giving me a clue. And then count to their card
