For those of us that can’t afford trainers because let’s be real- trainers are wicked expensive, this show is our trainer! Very helpful- thank-you. 😊

@@montyellingsworth4982 lol. Not very motivational but near zero is not zero! I’ve been at it 20 years on my own training at home and still going strong and still seeing results. I’m sure everyone would love to have a trainer but for the average person…., it’s just not in the cards. Especially not in today’s economy. Don’t forget- they don’t know you.

Thankfully not all of us are “wicked expensive” 🙃
@crystaldingman773
@crystaldingman773 4 ай бұрын
@@TrainingByTye Just out of curiosity what are your rates? Where I am the average is around $80 per hour and you have to pay for a gym membership which is over $100/ month. Often packages are 10 sessions for $800-1000 on the bottom end. I have friends in smaller cities that have gotten package deals that equal out to $50/ hour which the average person these days can’t afford. I’m not saying you shouldn’t be charging those prices- I’m saying life has gotten so expensive that this is a service that is no longer affordable for the middle class. I still workout everyday but I’ve had to get creative. It’s actually kind of sad - the people that need the services the most are the ones who could never afford them. Thankfully there are a lot of great resources online and shows like this that can provide some guidance. Many of us have had to give up our gym memberships post pandemic to pay for the ever rising cost of food. 😞

I've been on Mounjaro for 18 months, and it's helped me in so many ways. I've been able to lose 175 lbs and skin cleared up and no more stiff joints. I'm 49 years old. HW 480lbs CW 305lbs. I try to hit 250g of protein daily and do strength training with daily walks of 30 minutes.

58 year old female. On my weight loss journey now. I'm working on my body composition to be healthy. It was all in my head. I had to tell myself to stop eating so much and stop snacking. I work in a kitchen, it was hard, it's not now. Working out and doing strength training. Loving my journey. Thank you for your videos, love y'all. ❤

Fellow cook!! I find myself in the same boat, honestly one bad food choice leads to others, I have to have an absolute “NO” rule at work, I pack my lunch with tons of options and I can only eat what I bring unless it’s protein to add into a salad, etc. younger than you but still struggle, nice to hear from similar people’s who understand!!! Once I made eating work food not an option, it did get so easy!!

Im a 36 yr old mom of five and you guys have really changed my mindset on fitness. When I was younger diet and cardio worked instantly but now it does nothing long lasting. Ive been more intentional about my protein intake and strength training while following you guys and although i haven't loss any weight I look so lean and strong. My 15 yr old told my husband its scary how strong im getting. A little fear in a teenager never hurt right 😂

I just heard that these peptides thicken the inside of the bowels and can cause permanent damage to the inside of your intestinal system. Permanently preventing a healthy gut biome and causing an inability to properly digest food for nutrition. Just curious if you have also heard the data on this?

Regarding the sleep requirements dropping as you age. How much of that do you think is directly correlated with the decline in health and lower amounts of exercise? As an older person who trains all the time I have a 7-8 hr requirement. If I miss that number I will notice degradation in my recovery, cravings and training volume

Is the nasal spray or injectable BPC-157 better?
@bigpicturegains

I believe the talk here about the weight loss drugs is far too optimistic. The average person using these drugs has zero guidance, has little to no nutritional knowledge and are unwilling to exercise. While they may become smaller overall, they will be even more metabolically unhealthy in the end due to lean mass loss. Far more damage in the general population than good will be caused based off what I’ve seen so far.
