@@tnkgaltara2191 You simply don't understand showbiz. Before every guest comes out they rehearse. Certain things are adlibed but most of the big punch line jokes come from writers. Also each guess has a synopsis. I was an intern for 16 months on the Conan O'Brien show.

You are saying an experienced comedy write like Mindy Kaling couldn’t ad lib a few lines roasting her old friend? It’s very clear when they run through rehearsed bits but that wasn’t rehearsed.

How? You can see she was genuinely irritated, typically someone would say "Naw its fine, haha, so ----" and continue with their story. Instead she decided to really go at it, continuously, trying to make it seem like it was intentional during a "sad" story. This wasn't handled well at all, was like a Passive Aggressive 12yo all upset because she didn't get to use her Sympathy card for the attention. She acts like a child during a situation like this and you praise it? World really needs better role models. Wow.

Erm hello! They’ve known each other for years she used to work for him! He’s been on the Office and the Mindy Project where she was writer and producer. You think his feelings were hurt? Cmon, she’s spent 15 years in comedy writing rooms with clever funny men like him, she gives as good and she gets. This was hilarious.

@@Reza254 it totally was, I get that exact call multiple times a week and I've never stayed at a Mariott. This is like one of the most common scam robocalls I get so it seemed so weird that they were acting as if it were legit, lol.

Lol- as a kid who’s mum was a doctor I remember spending hours after school at the surgery which doubled as childcare! You were put in a room out of sight & had to amuse yourself! Mindy clearly was creative. I just read sci-fi novels!! That sort of thing wouldn’t be allowed now I think!!
