In today's video we are combining the MineColonies mod with the Minecraft Comes Alive mod to bring a bit of extra life into both. Building a new colony from the ground up, getting married, and having kids is just the start. There's many directions this modded Minecraft adventure could go.
Minecraft Comes Alive is one of my favorite mods of all time, and adding Minecolonies with it to build out a town feels like a perfect fit.

Suggestion for future series: The Modpack Parasitus Basically civilization has collapsed because skill issue and your left on your own (or whoever your playing with) to survive tornados and parasitic mobs that scrape your walls to murder you that evolve over time to take new forms to become stronger and attempt new tactics to getting you. So then to survive you have tech with a lot of possibilities without being confused like a Jerry due to the quest book in the pack taking a role of an *immersive guide book* that points you in the right direction by actually explaining complex things so you dont have to pause the game and pull a wiki.

I used to watch your minecraft comes alive series 12ish years ago and loved it, watching this is bringing back all the nostalgia. The mod has grown so much, as has your channel, the difference in your context is huge in the 12 years, youve upped your game a lot :)😊

For those who asked on how to activate the chatgpt and talk with voice. For me, I went directly to .minecraft folders in my laptop, then went to config folder. Afterwards I pressed the mca.json and edited it through notepad (personal choice cuz its easier) theres an option you can do to find it more efficiently by pressing (find) and type: chat, voice or whichever. If both AI chat and voice are false, simply replace them to true, then try to activate the game. It worked for me : ) Side note: im pretty sure the AI chat is available for the 1.20.1 update and onwards. Not sure however for the below versions if theres a chatAI integrated to those.

Also I don't think one needs a Chad PC or laptop to run this mod or for the chat. I'm using the Gandalf equivalent of my laptop and it works fine. Plus whether it's forge or fabric. It's a universal.jar type of mod so it's convenient

I found MCA.json but not the AI chat or voice options in it. i checked on 1.20.2 and 1.20.1

They did but you need to pay for open-ai key

@anonymous-hf6oo as someone who doesn't pay for OpenAI stuff nor have a key, I can say with confidence that you don't need to pay. It's usually disabled bh default, but the MCA discord has instructions on how to set things up; I don't know the details of how it works behind the scenes, but I haven't had to pay for anything to access it

optifine doesnt work well with MCA use sodium and iris if on farbic or use embeddium and oculus if on forge you can find other optifine features alternatives on forge and farbic
