The first thing I thought of when craftee said he couldn’t contain the diamond unicorn is this. Have a fence post above where the unicorn can break (where the unicorn can’t break it.) and use a lead on the unicorn by shift right clicking, and attach the lead to the floating fence.

The diamond blocks are not being absorbed by the digital diamond so if yo craft diamonds and you place them in the crafting grid immediately you can still make diamond items i think
