Hey bro im a currently building a modpack and need a good map for the modpack, while searching for a map i stumbled across your channel and many of your amazing map creations and was wondering if you were able to create me a map. My modpack is based on survival and so i thought a tropical deserted island would match perfectly with the theme, the map would need to include ore gen and caves along with some small things to explore while keeping the island feeling deserted. It needs to be compatible with 1.12 and also have specified biomes as the mods im using spawn animals/mobs based on the biome so that's important. I want it to feel realistic while also making it feel fun to play on in survival so i need to have materials that would make sense in an area example for mountians should contain items that make sense for survival like stone, andestite etc... this goes for all areas tho. If you want you can also add items from mods like biomes o plenty but its optional. Have you ever tried making architecture in an Chinese, Inca or Norse style?

@@Britonmarie i haven't done a ton of building outside of typical fantasy medieval or gothic, norse probably seems the easiest and most similar to what i've already built. i've never really had any exposure to chinese architecture, so i would have to do a lot of research before attempting that

@@GeetBuilds It does look satisfying as hell! Can't get over how much more real the maps look with the worldpaint, those mountains looked insanely good. Your little video at the start painting the terrain, its sped up of course but you make it look so easy, is it really as simple as it looked?

not quite, the program is pretty tricky at first and learning little tricks takes a while. but there’s some good tutorials out there, and an especially good tutorial series by Lord Dakr

@@GeetBuilds I've recently taken up photoshop from not knowing anything about it at all so I've got a bit on my plate but I will look into this, pretty noob when it comes to minecraft in general and things like worldedit sound kinda scary and off putting at the start.

Nathan Maxson so i know you can download a java map and convert it to bedrock using mcctoolchest. not sure how to get it onto a console but i know it’s possible
