Usually H takes on the role of keeping the energy up for the newer/less skilled players but he didn't really need to with Ponk because he's positive and energetic anyway. It's really refreshing to hear someone being so excited like that after watching so many of the more serious, competitive people. And he did really well too, especially for someone who hadn't played most of the games before.

Probably cause they can't complement each other in their strong games cause the MCC meta in 12-13 was tailored to the less PVP people. Also adding to that, what Dream needed was someone that will call him out a lot when he is getting out of place which Sapnap and Callum had done. Dream is a fine leader but he also needs someone that will get him back when he is tunnel vision. I think both Sparklez and Dream learned a lot from their 3 MCCs together and are currently much better than they were before.

I think the reason HBomb94 has won so much comes down to 2 things 1. Good leadership skills 2. Being a well-rounded player himself. Jordan isn't a terrible leader, but he certainly isn't the best either. I'd love to see Cap and H or even this whole team again. This is probably the most fun I've had as a viewer, and I've watched like 12 MCC's. (I only watch Cap's POV, so I haven't seen the special ones.)

I agree. This team was fantastic to watch. Ponk's excitement and enthusiasm was kind of contagious, even as a viewer just watching it all happen. That, in combination with the good communication skills, really made a difference for me.

What Hbomb and Captain needs is someone more PVP centric. Tubbo, Wisp, and Antfrost comes to mind. Hbomb is good at surviving in PVP games, Captain is pretty solid but not the best at it. In a sense, they are complementary players when it comes to PVP. They have the tools but can't execute. It will be similar to Aqua 14 where all of them are solid all arounders with wisp to kinda lead take helm in PVP skill to clean up. Hbomb can do the rest of things for the rest of the other games like buildmart, Sands of Time, Ace Race and Bingo

I'd love to see Pete, Preston, Cap and Kara, seems balanced and they all have similar strengths, which means they would destroy at Team games and movement

@@bigmanbarry9761 Yes! The majority of them know each other pretty well too (I don't know about Preston and Kara), so the chemistry and communication would probably be good too.

I think Captain's problem during Parkour Tag was that he was too eager to tag the others and started punching the air while standing completely stationary before he even reached them. He just needed to be a bit more patient.

Great Sands of Time game! And I hope Jordan realizes how good he is at hunting during Parkour Tag, just because he didn't catch everyone this MCC doesn't mean he's terrible at all, it's still a good performance! And even if his average hunting time suffers from it, we (and he) must remember that he's only human, S-tiers like Pete, Dream, Fruit, Quig have moments like that too. Also, I am very pleasantly surprised with Ponk's performance as sand keeper. He seemed a little clueless several times, giving an impression that he didn't watch a vod of MCC before, which would have been very helpful in understanding the games better, and he was wandering off during Survival Games. I thought he wouldn't be a good sand keeper, but he did really good, nobody was locked in and they had a lot of time to explore. I apologize for not believing in him. On a more negative note, I hate the fact that Dream won again after standing in the way of Jordan's possible first win, now taking the chance away from Grian (and Fruit's chance to win on his birthday). He is becoming the villain of MCC.

@@olis2073 It may not be the most logical, but it's the way I feel. I am upset. What adds to it is the fact that Dream underperformed while being on Jordan's team, and as soon as they stopped being teammates, he does super well. It is likely just a coincidence, but it is upsetting. I really care about MCC, probably too much for my own good. It hurts every time Jordan doesn't win because I really want to see it happen, and I try not to blame anyone, I understand this is just a game, but it's difficult to be super cool and reasonable all the time.

More like the anti-hero in MCC lore lmao. He vowed to get revenge after having a bad MCC 14. On another note, I think it's because Dream has improved on his attitude regarding handling stress. For MCC 14, he had a bad start having sensory overload and that really took a toll throughout the whole event and lowered morale. He's really improved in MCC 15 and 16. Also let's not blame Dream for Captain and Grian's possible first win coz despite that, Dream gave Quackity, Bad and Finn their first win so it's a win-win situation :)

I wish jardon would have more confidence. If he did I think he would win. Like he messes up once in parkour tag and he gets so down on himself and I think if he didn’t it would go better for him.
