This mod is so much fun. I’ve been making this town, and had a regular guy named Eric. Eric grew to have a wife and a child, but he lost his child very early on, and later his wife died to a zombie too. After they both passed, he got super depressed and became an archer, where he defended the village as a widow. He tragically passed recently during a raid, but he killed a lot of pillagers before he died. Absolute madman, I have a huge memorial for him in my world.

Oh man, I remember how MCA was one of my favorite mods but it was only for older versions available :/ It's so cool to see a new version! Love it

This mod is perfect for a zombie apocalypse modpack too, since it would be cool to fight off zombies and survive while building up your civilization

Wow, this mod has updated so much from just a minecraft girlfriend simulator. I hope they add inter-village relations and possibly wars as well. I think that would be pretty neat.

I was going to make an in-depth guide on the mod due to the amount of changes we made from the original, but this basically explains all of the current mechanics! Amazing job!

I personally want to see two things in this newer version of the mod that were either in the older version or are now possible on this version: 1. I would like to see criminals. Since you can rank up to Mayor and King, it'd be cool to see Villagers either disobey the King by not paying taxes, or even start to steal items from the players base or from other villagers, either by tracking where their spawnpoints are, or via other means. It'd be cool to see some villages have that one "bad apple" slowly make the other villagers angry. 2. It would be really cool to see Pillagers receive similar treatment as the Villagers did in MCA. Human models, maybe even villages of their own? You could even try to befriend them by giving them emeralds or iron tools, then later on having them follow you to begin raids on other villages. It would also be cool to see Villagers retaliate against Pillager outposts or villages too after raids.

This, in my opinion is the greatest mod was ever created in minecraft. It makes solo and multiplayer A LOT more fun. Not only it brings life into the village, bringing more options to choose and interact with villagers, but also making solo players feel much more happy and willing to play for a long time, and also to pay more attention to the village (i lived in a wooden house while my villagers live in modern houses). Absolutely amazing, now seeing this mod comes back again. I love it.

I love this Mod and I look forward to seeing more Updates for it. I hope those Updates make it compatible with other Village Mods, like Tektopia, or maybe a few Fantasy Mods, like Ice & Fire. Maybe this Mod could be compatible with the famous *Origins Mod* and the Villagers could have their own Origins and in turn, their own Cultures relating to said Origins. I'm eager to see what Enderian Villagers will be like.

I just lost my wife in a village where there is not a single tombstone... I really got attached to her during all this time (we've been together for that long). I didn't think that I would experience such pain, bitterness and sadness in minecraft... R.I.P Macey...

Minecraft Reborn has come quite a ways since the old days! Reviving without using cross mod interaction, guards and building new additions to the village itself is very nice feature I don't remember for sure! Very cool showcase!

Oh I've missed the old days of MCA and playing on the Official server that the Original developers had put into place, it was a bit messy but I've had such good times back then, those memories are very dear to me. I'll definitely keep update with this new version of it!

I would love to see more villager automations where if you build a school the children will automatically go during the day. Or like occasionally they would for example dance, talk to each other, or some kind of actions so they're not just wandering around into random areas. Also I don't really like that they just auto marry without having a dating stage first and I'm not sure if they're able to reproduce on their own (if yes how do I make this happen) Thanks a lot this is an awesome mod!

I wish that they could add features like villagers helping each other, villagers actually doing their job instead of magically having the items for trading, and a proper guard and patrol route system

MCA also works well with mods that add more to villages. MineColonies comes to mind, but others that just make them larger and more detailed does a lot for immersion purposes.

I play this mod around 5 months ago where i managed to build a small village from scratch, started by 4 villagers (2 couples) and able to reach 18 villagers Until a raid suddenly come. At the time i'm quickly trying to build a wall using any materials available in my chest box. Due to the size of the village, i can't manage to build the wall and as the result, 12 villagers died. Of all 4 starter villagers, only 1 survive. A female villager named lucy. All the villagers got so depressed after that day and for hours playing the game, not a single baby was born. So i close the world and deleted it

Yes yes yes! Just yes! MCA was one of my favorite mods I played with my friends! I'm so glad to see it get revived, really deserves it.

Wow, the remake has really improved and is already so much better then the original.

Imagine starting as the king rank and you have to manage your town in a kind of sub gamemode and you'd have to defend against waves of mobs by employing guards and constructing walls and the like.

i always wanted to play MCA when i was younger, but i never had java then. then, it didn’t work for so long. i came across the MCA reborn and joined the discord, so now i have the 1.19 update installed. i opened my game and i got the MCA pop up, and i can’t even tell you how excited i got

Bro, can you do a detailed mod review on Minecolonies? its a great mod for villagers just lacks interactions with villagers like this one, but is better in every other way, like building, crafting, mining and the devs are highly active as well

I loved the mod in 1.12.2, however, I just can't LIVE without my villager farms from 1.14 onward. Given how seemingly hard it is to get them to be infected and cured, and the way their jobs seemingly work now, it's almost impossible to get a trading hall going. The more important farms like Iron Farms and Raid farms seem to also be killed by this mod.

I hope that this new version keeps the Easter egg with burning the baby in a furnace that was accidentally done by tbone105 way back when this mod was in the early days of Minecraft but ether way I LOVE THIS MOD HAS BEEN GIVEN A BRAND NEW BREATH OF LIFE

The older version has better option which allow you hire the villager to do work... the new version are great for crazy plotwist which from stardust valley to village resident evil.

Minecraft Comes Alive seems to work , or at least load and play for a few hours lol, with the Regrowth mod that makes villagers create paths and tend to their village, too.

With all the features this mod has, i believe it'd be a great combination with Minecolonies for that "Rimworld" styled progression, if it is compatible.
