Minecraft is already technically a rpg since over time you get stronger by getting better gear and then get to enchant it with buffs and then there’s the potions which will boots your abilities even further. But yeah this is more rpg like.

RandomStuff it’s not really an RPG though, since you don’t get most of your loot killing stuff. There’s also not roles, which the acronym RPG stands for “Role-Playing Game”.

@@VoidHxnter I agree that you need assigned roles for it to be an RPG. Games like Skyrim though kind of bent the rules a bit. I disagree that loot needs to only come from combat. It can come from chests/hidden containers which MineCraft has. Tbh MC checks a lot of the boxes for an RPG save for one thing: no numerical character skills. That's the one genre-defining thing for RPG's - building up your character.

I can see them adding an update of sorts where if you buy dungeons you'd get access to, say, new weapons and dungeons and some of the stuff we see here in the base game. The weapons could be useful in balancing combat

1.15 will most likely be bees and bug fixing update so I think at minecon, they'll announce both 1.15 and 1.16 and 1.16 might be cave update

Zhander Drake 1.15 is just a bug fixing update. (It also adds bees as a nice addition) And 1.16 will be revealed at Minecon. They also had updates 1.14, 15 and 16 planned before people were doing this damn cAvE uPdATe thing. So these comments are actually overused and retarded.

I think of this as a great way to add more mobs and bosses due to the mechanics Minecraft Dungeons has , it simply wouldn’t work on how the original Minecraft is , but yes I do agree with you guys that the Ender Dragon and Wither boss are getting a little old and repetitive and want something new
