People say Minecraft dungeons is pretty overrated (from what I have heard from some people and my friends who don't play anymore) but this is why I love and continue to solo play this game, it's such a unique way to play 'minecraft'. I also love roguelike gameplay myself so I enjoy this. This game will never die because its community is still alive. No matter how small it will get.

I just love admiring the beauty of The End Dimension in Dungeons and the biodiversity of Flora (colorful bioluminescent kelp and vines and the chorus plant) and Fauna (most of which are colorful super-powered Endermen and THICC Endermits)

This is great. It sets up potential for a continued storyline that even if it doesn't officially happen the player can make it on their adventures. Plus it fills a gap between the main game and dungeons. The orb could Appear in the world after the dragon is fought. (Perhaps it was actually part of the dragon hence the nane heart of ender) then when the orb is shattered beasts and biomes a plenty corrupted by the shards appear. But a peice is returned to the void reawaking the heart but in a wekened incomplete state. Endersents would then emerge to protect the realm of the growing heart. Breaking the already complete portal to the end. Its just cool.

Also the vengeful heart of ender was a good boss battle

I gotta say, this is one of the greatest Minecraft-Spin-off games I’ve ever played (giving that there’s only this one and Story Mode, that’s saying something) I absolutely recommend it.

Anyone else think that the orb shard, the end one being the biggest, has the power to summon forth illagers? But the pig means that the end is probably taking in the dead, to void them into the watchers and endermen and stuff.

I feel bad for the arch-illager. All he wanted was a home and friends but the villagers shut him out. Which all led him to find the orb of dominance and start all these shenanigans.

I've made a theory that the end might be the minecraft afterlife. I mean think about it, pillagers and farm animals spawned into the end after the portal opened, not to mention you encounter iceologers during the game, disqualifying the possibility that fanatic followers of the arch illiger were wanting to take it over.

I just Noticed.... that at the beginning of the strongholds opening cinematic, if you listen carefully you can hear a skulk sensor clicking.

I have a theory that Minecraft dungeons takes place in the far future of regular Minecraft and the fact that the Enderman speak a better form of english. in the base game the endermen have a very basic vocabulary like hey whats up and look for the eye it makes sence for the endermen to speek more fluent English if it is farther in time.

The Endermen are the true main antagonists, not the illagers

I think this game is a prequel to the base Minecraft game, presenting the backstory of the Illagers, being united by the Arch Illager. In the base game they are kinda weaker without a plan and a proper leader chaotically. This proves that once the leader was gone, some parts of the army still remained, but split into small battalions all by themselves, not able to ever rebuild the empire it once was. The ancient builders, that once controlled the overworld and the nether, travelled to the end, after their empire fell, being attacked by the ancient villagers, that were probably slaves, and the piglins, their sentient pig experiments from the nether. Their world fell and in the end they hunted the dragons to extinction, until they made the last one their protector. The orb of dominance was actually their creation, but what actually led to their downfall, so they had it locked away. In the end they became the primitive endermen and stole it again becoming mutants. In the base game we face remains of both empires and free the ancient builders. We are humans as, some builders remained in the overworld.

We really need Redstone Golems in the game. It will help connect Dungeons and the vanilla game, and will add a LOT to the lore of the game meaning that Dungeons took place during the era of the Ancient Builders.
