This is messed up. My old 2060S had 1000fps in Minecraft but after I upgraded to RX 6800xt, I literally just get like 140.

I'm not sure if I did something wrong but I haven't gotten this to work on my system. I've only gotten error code 0 with no reports either when I change the Java Executable (sorry, forgot to mention that I'm using it on modded clients: Forge or Fabric. It works on vanilla)

hello i have a big problem with fps ingame my system specs are a 10850k and the 6800 Xt evrything else is also top of the line and nothing runs smootly not even with the lowest settings on the 10 shaders i tried i made sure that the graphics card is being used and allocated 4/8/ 12 /16GB of RAM of 32 to minecraft the maximum i get with seus renewed shaders is 12 fps your tip with changing JAVA brought a slight increase for the SEUS Shader Other shaders improved by 30 % but it is still not playable also everything looks very blurry i tried a lot of trouble shooting but nothing worked do you have any idea what could be the cause of my misery Thanks in advance

When I install JK16, the folder is not generated in the java folder, check if it was in the same directory and it is the same :(

Reminder if you are using cursed forge and run into this problem make sure you change the same option in CURSE FORGE. As the it will be set to auto instead of the newest version you installed.

Im sure this would have helped if it was the only issue but i cant seem to get consistantly over 25 fps i have a radeon vega 64 and a ryzen 5 so im starting to think its the cpu but i have no idea.

This did help me but I noticed don't have your FOV and Quake Pro it just destroys the FPS I turned mine down to like 95-100 and I went from 50-60 up to 80-90 with this fix.

Still works in 2023 atleast with jdk 17, thanks for the help though i was getting lows of 13fps with shaders on medium settings but now im getting averages of 61 fps on ultra BSL shaders

Minecraft performance is back to Sh1t again. My specs are: RX 5700 R5 3600 32GB 3200mhz RAM and game is installed on nvme ssd. and 1.18 runs only on JDK-17.0.1 and i still only get 50 - 80 fps on vanilla! while my friends with same cpu but RTX 2060 get 300-400 on vanilla!!! THIS SH!t MAKES MY BLOOD BOIL 😡

Just gonna start off by saying it works great and it greatly improved the performance. But when I’m playing CS It’ll randomly go between 40ish fps and 60-70 and it just jumps between the two. Do you know any way to make it more stable?

Should I use Java 15, 17, 18, 21 or the Java that comes bundled with the new Minecraft Launcher? I tried all the Java versions I have listed and I didn't notice any difference in the FPS. Edit: I am now using Adoptium Java 21, and it maybe improves my FPS by 2 or 3.

July 2023, use jdk 17. It works. Don't use jdk 20... i don't know why but it doesn't work. Thank you Mac for your help! went from 25-30 with heavy shaders and resource pack to solid 50-60

Would this work for AMD CPUs too? I've been able to play un-modded singleplayer & multiplayer fine at max settings, but multiplayer modded specifically is giving me a really hard time, I have an Nvidia graphics card, but AMD chip.

JDK 18 didn't work for me, Java runtime incompatibility. JDK 17 worked but with shaders I'm still only getting 30-50 FPS on a Nitro+ 5700x

I highly suggest machines with AMD GPUs, turn off the mipmap levels. Especially if playing modded Minecraft. I run a Ryzen 5600x, RX 5700xt, and 2x8 3200mhz ram
