don't mind me, just putting it here it isn't pinned cuz' I edited it, R.I.P. Sorry for the edit again lol, but this should be the last, also an opinion, although the Decorations on the last part was optional, the POV/View shouldn't be blocked to see the design(well imo at least), all in all, a beast of a build! Disclaimer : I was bored and I needed the block amounts so here. Also be warned, as this build uses lots of slabs, so I won't really be accurate neither can I explain it all as I'll think you're reading this before the video just for the materials. P.S. It isn't accurate as I am HUNGRY right now and too lazy to recheck and If you're early, I'll only be doing the first floor for now, I'll do the rest tomorrow(I think, maybe I'll convince my friend to just make a half-assed windmill lulw) *#1 | First Floor | :* ______________________ 32 Stripped Spruce Wood 8 Chiseled Stone Bricks 8 Stone Bricks 22 Stone Bricks 66 Cobble Stones 28 Spruce Slabs 48 Spruce Slabs 32 Cobble Stone 2 Stone Bricks 2 Doors(Any type of wood/door) Smoothing out the First Floor Roof is optional but : 8 Spruce Stairs 68 Spruce Slabs __ ____________________ Alright, before I continue on the floor + inside of the roof, Explanations : 1. There are two of the same blocks as they are used for different functions, if you want the grand total I'll put them in my replies. 2. This is a bit inaccurate as I just did a [block placement on one side] x 4 - but if you noticed, I did a -4 on the spruce slabs at the optional part(it was 15 on the front(so going by my trick, it'd be 60 slabs)), this is because at some part he breaks 2 slabs at each side to even out the roof. Edit : my bad, It's actually a +4 so it's like, 68 3. While, again, it's optional but as he said in the video, you can use mossy cobble/stone bricks and also cracked stone bricks if you even have any(think you can only get those on the walls of a natural spawner? idk) 4. Just a heads up but when I tell you guys the amount for the floor, He "alternates" between 2 patterns, It's really, like really, I mean REALLY hard to explain on text, but basically, minecraft has this thing where if you put a block on the floor, It'll face upwards, if you place it on a block in front of you it'll face towards you, and if you place it on either the left or right side, it'll face right and left side respectively, now I won't explain how he did it but I hope you understood the concept and try to like do it well if my explanation sounds like jibberish, it's because it is, anyways I'll continue on. ___________________ Floor : 60 Stripped Spruce Wood (Around the Planks) 36 Spruce Planks (Middle) Roof : 12 Spruce Planks (To cover the top of the up the pillars) 96 Spruce Planks (Roof) ____________________ *#2 | Second Floor | :* 8 Spruce Logs 24 Spruce Planks(To cover up the cobblestones) 112 Stripped Spruce Logs 112 Birch Planks 32 Stripped Spruce Logs (on top of both the birch planks and the Stripped Spruce Logs) (Couldn't see well but he smoothens out the roof again with 20 Spruce Slabs (6:24 - 6:29)) 16 Stone Brick Walls 116(12x9 + 8) Stripped Spruce Logs 32(8x4) Birch Planks Put 32(2 rows of 4) birch planks, then put 8(2 rows of 1) Stripped Spruce Logs then another 32 birch planks Extend the layer with 20 Stripped Spruce Logs do the roof design again, he used around ~144 Spruce Slabs(couldn't really see since his POV is yea(8:37)) Decorations : 32 Spruce Trapdoors (To cover up the Beams/Str. Spr. Logs) #3 | Third Floor | 56(?) Spruce Slabs I said "56(?)" because I'm a bit unsure about this as it's probably just 48, but just get 56 just in case 24 Stripped Spruce Logs 48 Birch Planks 12 Stripped Spruce Logs (to be on par with the birch planks) 8 Spruce Slabs (This and stairs are used for :) 8 Spruce Stairs (both used to cover up the Stripped Logs) 24 Stripped Spruce Logs (to cover up the Birch and Stripped Spruce Logs) 16 Spruce Planks (To cover up the middle of the Stripped Spruce Logs) 16 Spruce Stairs (8 Stairs on the left and Right) 32 Spruce Planks 16 Spruce Stairs (on top of the Spruce Planks) 64 Spruce Stairs (As shown in the video (10:32)) 6 Spruce Stairs 16 (a 2x4x2 Erect Beam of(11:11)) Stripped Spruce Logs #4 | Turbine | : As he said, build 4 turbine frames, from the beam you just made, each with a manner/spruce planks of 2/1/1/2/3(11:27) Which amounts to 36 Spruce Planks (P.S. This looks like a hassle to do in survival lol) Then cover the turbine with Wool, only one side, and extend the end with 3 more wool. Which amounts to 48 Wool and then from behind the turbine frames, 40 more wool in total. #5 | Detailing | : *This last stage is optional, but here goes nothing I guess* 20 Dark Oak Fences for all 4 sides of the turbine 8 for the middle of the turbine/beam(13:32 you can see that it's there, even at the Turbine building stage) Put 3-4 "winds", as they are each 3/4 White Glass Panes, You'd need around 18-32 White Glass Panes for the middle of the left and right sides of the turbine 48 Dark Oak Fences and do them in a manner as shown in (14:28) (Also, fix the stairs on 14:53(I barely saw that action lol)) 2 Spruce Stairs 2 Spruce Slabs 4 Spruce Slabs 4 Dark Oak Fences 6 Lanterns 16 Lanterns (He fixed a little pattern below the turbine on (15:46 you can see the little particles dropping)) I'm a bit unclean on this fence part but : for the 2nd floor, do it in a manner as shown in (15:52) 38 Spruce Fences(16 on 2nd Floor, 16 on 3rd Floor, 6 on the Last Floor(and not 8 because of the beams.)) I'll cut to the chase, just get like a stack of stone fences, as my counting will be unclear, the fences(Like what, even in .25x literally on the next frame suddenly 3 more fences appeared bruh(16:58-17:01) I cry, that's literally the worst POV I could use to count with): ~45 Stone Fences The Decor Ideas : > A Barrel Placement of 4/5(17:05 or 17:12) > Dark Blue Wool? Or Purple wool(sorry I'm bad at colours but it's at 17:03) and surrounded by 4 Spruce Trapdoors > Also one where the inside is Red Wool(17:16) > Haybale behind the build(17:40) > Greenery/Flowers > Spruce Leaves on the sie of the house(17:51) > Lanterns on/around your fences and put Spruce Logs as a placeholder(18:16) A path around the build(mercy, it's up to you on how/what design you want it to be, but the stuff are) : - Coarse Dirt(?) - Gravel - Dirt when you right click with a shovel - Cobblestone Utilise more spruce trapdoors on the beams of the houses, 2nd, 3rd, or even more on the first if you want to.(Optional) And it's done! While you could put some more gravel, winds on the middle of the turbine, more details everywhere, but mostly it's done.

I made this in survival and I can't thank you enough for this tutorial. I was scared about making the roof, but it was actually pretty easy to do. I replaced the stripped spruce logs with stripped dark oak logs and it looks so good. You can use like any colored wood and this build would still look good.

For mossy stone brick and mossy cobblestone, placing the mossy blocks by each other as if moss were growing would make it seem more realistic, and vines too. Just a sugestion, in case anyone needed it

This might be the best windmill I’ve seen on KZfaq! It inspired me to make my own windmill tutorial, but I made it with 8 sails. Please check it out and let me know what you think!

Does it still look good when you use normal spruce logs instead of stripped? I am playing in 1.12.2 with mods

man, I'm Brazilian and I wanted to let you know that there is a Brazilian youtuber named "Felipe Neto" who stole this thumbnail of yours, and used it in his minecraft video, his video is called "MINHA NOVA GIGANTESCA CONSTRUÇÃO NO MINECRAFT #96 [ +10]" you could strike him for that, and since he's so hated in our community, it would be nice
