Minecraft: How to Build a Medieval Cabin House

In this video we build a medieval cabin house in Minecraft. The medieval mountain cabin design is the same as the one I built in my Minecraft 1.18 survival world. The build has a full interior and you can follow this easy Minecraft tutorial to learn how to build it.

I like when you build without shaders then show the build at the end, so us bedrock players can see what it looks like lol. Also you are the bob ross of Minecraft

I prefer it without shaders as I can see what it would look like in my own world~ but shaders do make things look super pretty. So maybe a bit of both or show it with shaders at the end?

Tutorials without shaders is a huge breath of fresh air! I don’t use any shaders so this really helps!

As a Bedrock player, I prefer content without shaders or cit resource packs. I do love the builds but feel that mostly for us Bedrock players that there is something lacking somewhat in the build if I cannot replicate the build in its entirety. That being said Blue, I love your content, keep it coming if real world issues allow obviously. Stay safe 👍

In essence that was the perfect tutorial. Simple to follow, block by block instructions and pan out to third person for the obvious floor and wall fill in bits. I’m bedrock myself so no shaders in the build process is a good idea I think, always nice to see at the end though. Now to find a mountain to put it in!

Boston plays and Unigirl both echoed my opinion on this, my poor old pc can run shaders, at about 1FPM, so showing how to build without shaders is very helpful. Then, once it's built, a walkthrough with shaders on is always worth it.

I used to play minecraft years ago and when my niece started to play it piqued my interest again. I recently started playing again on the switch and so much has changed since I last played I feel like a complete beginner again. As someone who’s not the most creative I followed this tutorial easily and even felt confident enough to make some slight adjustments to fit my taste. I’ve tried to follow many tutorial but this one has by far been the best. New sub here, I can’t wait to impress my niece with my new build 😂

In love with your builds and how you do tutorials so PERFECT! I wanna build this but I lost my world so I build the medieval style house for the 2nd time then the medieval forge and another mansion by BigTonyMC... y'all have a similar build style. I appreciate cabin tutorials like this, it's not like other people's tutorials that are just 99% spruce and 1% pink tulips. this has so much more variety :)

Your builds and builder tips are AMAZING! But, I can say that building without shaders does help with more accurate depth perception and block placement for viewers. Although the idea of using both isn't bad either. You could show a preview of the build with shaders on at the beginning and end when showing the final product.

Something about seeing the occasional misplaced block built, and then mined, I really enjoy. Brings the realism of the game grind.

I like it without as I do not use shaders when I am building. This is a great cabin and love the idea of being able to go down under it like you do in your other series. It is also organized again for a great place to start and move out for there on anything that you are doing. This is so so great and I am so impressed that you can come up with these builds. These little tutorials from the main series are fabulous. Keep up the great work Blue 😄☕

I play on my switch so I had to modify as far as not putting things on my trap doors used as shelves but I love the way it turned out! Your tutorials are amazing! I watch your videos quite a bit on the tv but used my phone to actually use this tutorial so that I could easily pause it or rewind. I built this at the edge of a village and the villagers love it!😅🤣❤️❤️❤️

Lovely little cabin you have here! Here is a little tip if you ever build ruined builds, try putting glow lichen on the glass it makes it look shattered!

Absolutely beatiful man! I dont even really know what to say but its absolutely amazing! Keep it up Blue! Also a tip when you’re working in a dark area to build something use night vision. So we can see it just like its completely lit up but you dont have to place any lights!

Hey! I LOVE your builds Blue. Is there any chance you can make some more how to’s for your Swiss mountain village? Similar to your Docklands? I know ur probs busy with your Hardcore series atm (which I am OBSESSED with) but a how to series on this would be so cool. I love the windmills etc.
