Snow melts is you have a high light level or you're on Bedrock edition.

If you are in bedrock, for the tail lights, you can use mangrove buttons!

You can use the invisible item frames resource pack for the back lights

That the snow doesn't melt you need to go to settings and turn random tick speed to 0
