4479 had priority because the siding was in front of it. 4059 was the one that disregarded the signal. The crew also fell asleep on the job

The train on the siding failed to stop within the siding, had he been at least 20 feet short of the signal, this would’ve been avoided altogether

Now do the Cactus train crash. This is when a BNSF train turns onto a misaligned switch. It was supposed to keep on the main line. It turned on the siding and slammed into the back of a grain train.
