Well, there actually is a way to get water in the nether, just use the /fill command to spawn a waterlogged block (like a fence) you can also break the block afterwards and the water will still be there

You can make a Elevator with soul sand to go up and to go down use magma blocks :) hope it helps also u don’t have to use honey blocks just build the same thing with blocks and put a door to go up and down

Try this to get water in the nether: First, get a furnace and ice that can melt in minecraft and wood to melt it. Second, place the furnace on a spot in the nether. Third put ice (can melt) directly next to it. Third, use the wood and it should melt the ice in a few seconds and it should be water in the nether. (idrk whethe rit works or not...)
