You can join the server anytime you want, the IP is in the description, there are events called tours which are run every now and then where an experienced member of the community shows a group around the world and talks about some locations (this is event is done through discord so you will need that for the guided tours but exploring on your own just requires a paid java account).

Not anymore its not! She was updated a while ago and we removed almost all of the armor stands. Dol Amroth runs really well now
