Yes of course, this is Hardcore, so If you die, you are dead!
We're playing for 7 real life days, and on the final day a ship is coming to rescue.. some of us.

2:45 it is an ender enemy, but does not spawn in the end. It is a vanilla mob called the phantom it normal response when you don’t sleep for a few nights in game.
