I HATE micro transactions so much! Just let me buy with real money instead of forcing me to buy some random currency that obscures how much things actually cost, and have a high potential to leave you stuck with a small amount of that currency you can't spend because it's too small, meaning the company makes money off you having to overspend to get stuff.

As much as I also hate micro transactions, Minecraft if one of the only ones trying to do it right, you absolutely can pay money directly for the add ons, but the coins come in bundles, so you might be left with a useless 100 coins at the end, but you got $20 worth of addons for $15.

While I also hate microtransactions, Minecraft handles it in a way that makes it optional. Plus, with the minecoin system, you could theoretically get free coins through loyalty/rewards programs like Microsoft Rewards (it's how I've been getting many of the marketplace addons), or through promotions.

The minecoin system is there so you can have Minecraft on multiple consoles/PC and still access all of your purchases from any of them. If you bought it through Playstation, it would be a breach of Xbox's contract with them to give it to you for free on their console, vice versa. Ultimately, it is in your better interest, even though you may end up with 100 or so extra every now and then.

Hey! Sorry you didn't like TRIMS. We will be looking for a way to keep the enchantment, bit of a miss on our part on this one. Regarding the price, we have been waiting for a price decrease for over 2 weeks but there is something wrong going on with the product and the price won't update for some reason. The addon currently only work for sword, axe and sword. The addon in itself was a struggle optimization wise, as it was taking forever to load on PS4 and other device. We appreciate your feedback, and will be working on improving for upcomming projects!

Tinkers Construct or Techna have to be the absolute best hands down in terms of feeling like classic Minecraft, those two mods are staples.

My favorite mods are either ones that have a huge amount of depth, or ones that do a few things extremely well. For example, create has so much depth, and waystones makes teleporting around your world a breeze without being OP due to having an XP cost.

Telelanterns seems to be the bedrock answer to Waystones, which has been a mod for java Minecraft for ages. The lag is probably because it needs to load all the chunks within the render distance after you teleport.

I love the telelanterns add on. It was so cheap I thought why not and my daughter and I have been using it in our world where we want to live separate from each other but be able to visit quickly. I don’t like that you need a wand to use the way stones, I have a big enough problem with inventory, I don’t need another item taking up space

I love the telelanterns add-on. Not only is it extremely cheap, but the telelanterns double as AMAZING decoration blocks. Personally i haven't had any lag while using them to teleport but I haven't built a lot of them for decor yet either. All i hope is they don't become laggy when i use a lot of them but I'll have to wait and see.

I think it’s mainly an issue of bedrock having global achievements instead of local for just one world

@@calabemccool I honestly think Bedrock should have world achievements as a separate feature. Make it so you have to toggle it on, that's fine. I just hate how I get tons of them in an old world, and now the thrill of advancement is over.

I'm really enjoying the add-on by Podcrash(?) right now. Only gripe is that the crops are too easy to break with just a simple tap (causing accidents), but I'm sure they'll work on that once Mojang allows for more leniency. Oh- And the birds in that add-on seem to go invisible with the John Smith Legacy texture pack, but just the birds. The other animals appear fine. Don't know what that bug's about but ya.

Bedrock addons are REALLY picky, and will fight back like hell when you combine addons. Plenty can be combined, but some just refuse any other add ons.

With the tool trims, it really depends how much you like to customize your armour / mc experience. The armour trims are one of my top 3 favourite things added to mc, and I'd love to be able to customize my tools too. From what you showcased in your video, I really love what they did with customization, and i hope that they made a different sprite for every single trim. Honestly, this is the only addon that I'd actually consider buying

the fact that it purges your mods practically makes it a no-go for me. Though no one has shown if a normal Diamond axe with enchants can be anvil-ed into a trimmed Diamond axe to transfer the enchantments, then maybe it could be enticing. I just don't want to lose all my good gear for such a simple gimmick.

I really wish as the Realm Host you could have a little more control of addons, Id live to have a few of these grappling hooks but I don't want to conpletely ruin the game with the instant mining grapples, same with other addons like the one where you can craft tools together! Mutant Creatures and one of the dragons addons are cool but the mobs spawn too much in both of them to the point my friends asked me to remove them, to which I agreed. Anyway thanks for the video as always ToyCat, much love ❤

I have a unique experience, I have watched the beginnings of add ons. Far before add ons were available on the marketplace. Hell before most of the marketplace entirely. It was possible to get addons. I've been using bedrock addons for many years, and honestly, some of this stuff is advanced, but others are years behind what other add ons have done.

I was furious to discover that it renamed and stripped off the enchantments from my tool. What is the refund process for the marketplace. That was never mentioned in the add-on description. Rated it one star and sent negative feedback to the developer.

In ores you can create tools that literally drops ore blocks and use those blocks to make more tools. It's extremely broken

If the trims mod didn't remove enchants and worked on horse and wolf armour as well as elytra it would be far more justified. Maybe straight up saddles too so your pigs and striders can get involved.

It’s cool to think about all the things that could be coming, mods and mod packs potentially being converted but knowing that it’ll all be paywalled sucks. Tinkers construct was a notable one but comparing it to a f2p version called tinkers bedrock, there are some things that they each do better but ultimately I feel that tinkers bedrock was a more faithful recreation to tinkers construct and if you do ever review tinkers construct it would be cool if you also reviewed tinkers bedrock as well. They didn’t really seem compatible as they shared crafting recipes which is a shame cuz I’d prefer some thing from tinkers bedrock. Anyways that kinda makes me feel like any popular mods will just be half-assed cheap copies of their java counterparts.

Sometimes these add-ons just have one thing I really hate about them that not having would have just made them feel better. Like the telelanters. Why couldn't they just add the recipe to the game? Why put them in villages and just basically give them to you for free? Another I really dislike is the world utilities add on. Why couldn't they just add a normal vein miner? Why does it give you more materials than you actually mined? They just always manage to go one step more than they had to with these

I bought the trims add-on because I like the fact that I can have stuff look better than vanilla MC, for example If there was a mod that added non connecting glass>The lines made when putting multiple pieces together< I would spend 10 dollars because it makes me more visually attracted to something. Like if they were to actually add shaders to mc bedrock console It would probably become my main game

Tekkit would be my mod/mod pack of choice to be ported. It doesn’t seem like it would be too strenuous on the game/decices and it wouldn’t deviate too far from the actual core content of Minecraft. The aether as well, although elytra’s should not be able to work there. Feels like they would ruin the rate of progression and make it too easy

Just jumping into a new add-on is a good service. Lets us know how tedious it is to actually use them. ECKO does a LOT of research before his videos and goes through all the tedious features. A good complementary team.

The morph mod is broken... Textures are missing, & breaks player textures when playing in MP & Solo... & Weirdly the bunny doesn't have alternative variants, but the dogs do (when the dogs came out not that long ago, and bunnies existed longer)

Addons are cool to mess around with in creative but playing in a survival world with addons is just a cheat world with no way of playing a real survival world to even earn achievements on. This is why I don't see a big deal in having these add-ons, some are good like the gravestone addon, but all these addons in this video I would not pay for all, and a lot say he didn't review Tinkers Construct and I brought it and was hoping it was gonna be good, in idea it is good but the smeltery doesn't work at all the same as in Java as you can't pour out the fluids on the casting table, anyways this is why addons are hard to get right when you can only add on to Minecraft where Java you can make anything you want and modify it anywhere you want like way stones is a good idea but to have something that can tp you around is cool but Java way stones are something that was something that was added to make it easier after you explore a lot of chunks and you needed an easy way to just travel within your worlds, anyways thanks for another good video

Im sorry but got to agreed with most peps in the comments. Where is the dragon fire addon?, the free tnt addon? The thinker addon(amazing) and the last addon i would have given it a 3.5 at best since its just morphing into mobs. For me the utility addon was better

Yeah I thought the same thing at first but I just decided to buy the Minecraft deluxe addition on my account since it was 50% off. Now when I’m able to get a pc, I’ll be able to play Java or bedrock and I also have all the capes. Plus it came with like 1600 mine coins and other stuff so it seemed worth it.
